Personnel pas très compréhensif.
Le jour de mon arrivée il faisait 14°C le système de chauffage n'ayant plus d'huile j'ai demandé comment le recharger. Ils m'ont répondu le chauffage c'est uniquement l'hiver et de mettre la clim en chauffage..... la clim ne chauffe pas toute la maison vu sa taille. J'ai pas trouvé ca correct
J'ai demandé un départ tardif, ils ont voulu me faire payer le prix d'une chambre supplémentaire. Je comprends qu'il faille payer un supplément mais le prix d'une nuit en plus.... vraiment ? Revoyez vos tarifs

住宿方提供的資訊是有「兩間浴室」，
但實際上只有一間，
雖然CP值很高了，
但多人入住且「浴室」只有一間真的很不方便，
如果在刊登時就有標示清楚「浴室」只有一間，
那也不會有被欺騙的感覺，
可是在booking上住宿方提供的資訊是「兩間浴室」，所以有種被欺騙了的感覺。
Overall, this place offers great value for money. However, the listing on Booking.com incorrectly stated that there are two bathrooms, when in fact there is only one.
Sharing just one bathroom with a larger group made our stay very inconvenient. If the listing had been clear from the start, it would have been fine, but finding out upon arrival made us feel deceived. I strongly suggest updating the listing to avoid misleading future guests.
