Fuji mountain view is the top selling point. Large parking space. Complete kitchen. Host is very friendly. Heater as well as a/c.
You need to have transportation, as Kawaguchiko town is very far away. Nearest kombini is about 600m away. Nearby restaurants/cafes close very early.

It’s a beautiful house. Lots if space. Plenty of towels, washing machine, amazing kotatsu, host provided basics like coffee and salt and helped us celebrate a birthday. The view of mt Fuji was epic. Really loved this place. Great water pressure in the shower.
The house was a little dated and could have been cleaner.
