Absolutely fantastic view of Mount Fuji. Nice little backyard. Fantastic service from the staff. Beautiful little house/chalet. It's a ten minute walk from a huge supermarket. We cooked, had everything we needed. Also about 15 minutes from the famous ropeway. There are also buses that serve the thoroughfare nearby. Ideal if you are driving, tho. If not, taxi or Uber will set you back about 1100 yen from the train station.
It would have been great if there were a second bathroom upstairs, but it's a very minor issue. Would have been great if public transportation was just a bit closer. If you are packing light, that shouldn't be a problem. If you are not driving and on a budget, quite a bit of walking will be required.

It was very clean and as per description. All the rooms is facing the Mount Fuji.
Separate toilet. It’s bearable for us but might not be convenient for elderly.

The view was amazing, the host was incredibly friendly with us

The view of entire Mt.Fuji from the bedroom and living room/terrace.
Quiet neighborhood.
All the rooms were spacious by Japanese standards.
The complimentary WiFi was efficient.
The hot water and heater were also efficient.
There is ample amenities in the kitchen, including a small refrigerator, microwave, oven, electric kettle, and crockery.
The bathroom is spacious and appears to be newly renovated.
Ample parking spaces.
The sofas in the living room were very old and do not provide any support when seated…totally unusable.
There were broken and worn out wooden beams at the deck of the open terrace which are a hazard to users. The wooden benches were not sturdy which also are a hazard to users. The reform of the entire terrace is overdue in my opinion.
