Komaya Ryokan

L'établissement se situe au bord du lac. La vue sur le Mont Fuji est magnifique. Le ryokan a un bain qui est privatisé pour une heure chaque soir. Les repas étaient excellents. Le personnel etait très gentil.

En dehors de l'heure de bain privatisé, il n'y a pas de possibilité de prendre de douche le matin. Des lavabos et toilettes sont disponibles mais nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir prendre une douche le matin.

Super Ryokan au bord du lac, chambre spacieuse et très bon accueil.

En comparaison avec d'autres Ryokan avec le même niveau de confort le tarif est un peu élevé. Certes on paie la vue sur le Fuji ( mais on ne le voit pas à tous les coups )

Very nice Ryokan. Sleeping makes you relive the Japanese tradition. Authentic experience. The staff is very kind and helpful. Waking up and seeing the view of the lake and Mount Fuji from the window of the room is really beautiful.

Charming, simple and old Ryokan. Lovely staff, perfect location, tasty breakfast.

1) The air con needs to be clean, it was so dusty that dust balls would fall on my futon during the night. 2) Not allowing a shower in the morning is outrageous and a big deal breaker. Never saw a ryokan that closes showers outside of staying hours, it's usually from 10 AM~ to 3 PM~. Nothing justifies this, and it creates a might uncomfortable day for the guests. I went to work looking like a teenager who stayed up all night, and I saw my poor neighbor washing his armpits at the sink, kind of like a cat bath.
