Loved the way the property was designed, very spacious and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating and were very punctual. When in need of anything they would act very fast, within a minute. The property had many facilities like massage in your own villa and food anytime throughout the day. Rooms were cleaned very well daily, we felt like everything we wanted in a room was given. No complaints.
Not saying this is a bad thing but just a heads up for other travellers, you can’t really get to the villa by foot or car from the main road. The villa has a buggy system where they collect you and drop you to the main road. That being said, the buggy was always available and we were not waiting more than 2 minutes.

We initially checked into a small villa which had a lovely heated pool but we had some noisy neighbours. When we complained, the management gave us an amazing free upgrade to their best 3-bedroom villa which had an enormous swimming pool and a beautiful outlook, looking across pristine rice paddies. . Seeing Mt Agung at sunrise was an unexpected delight. We couldn't have been happier! Hats off to Santun Luxury Private Villas, we will always remember their kindness and generosity.
Nothing to dislike, the staff were excellent and our accommodation was outstanding.

The villa is very clean, beautiful natural environment and very quiet away from the busyness of Ubud. We loved the pool and outdoor space and the bath!!! The staff were very friendly and as helpful as possible. We enjoyed a big breakfast that was yummy and we even had massages in the villa. That was a fun treat!
It is important to point out that while the villas are on one level, there are a lot of steps to get up to the reception and leading to the villas. Thus it is not wheelchair accessible. Having said that, next to the steps there is a long ramp. Perhaps for lightweight wheelchair user, being pushed up and down is not a problem. We are not sure whether the buggy can take guests all the way up? Either way we managed ok and the rest of the stay was great.
