Location is amazing if you like the natural environment of rice fields Well appointed villas Great wifi

The staff was amazing, they were professional friendly efficient, kind and accommodating. They made my vacation memorable. Really wonderful people. The food was delicious, portion sizes were perfect. The rooms were picture perfect. Clean and stocked. The Spa is a hidden gem. The packages are affordable and the therapist are very skilled.The grounds are immaculate, beautiful and lush. I saw lizards and snails birds, squirrels and other wild like. The creatures were harmless, but I wanted to include that for the people who are afraid. I loved it because I felt close to nature. Everything for beginning to end was great. You won't regret choosing this resort. Lastly it's across from a rice field where people are farming. Makes for great photos. There are buggy to take you around and a bus to take you to Ubud center for shopping and restaurants.

My pool needed to be cleaned, and you can hear screaming children from adjoining villas.

Hospitality, food, drinks and the room

Nothing to dislike

Location was ok due to staff assistance and bus service which was excellent. Drinking Water in bathroom was fantastic. Staff very friendly, we had a medical emergency and staff handle it well.

Sometimes breakfast potatoes and sausage were cold. Restaurant menu was not that great. Bathroom stones for shower were very slippery. Toilet seat had cigarette burn on it. Staff could do with training in restaurant service.
