Excellent value for money

Nice host, the apartment is cozy and they have made an effort to make it look modern. Quiet room, good wifi, nice neighborhood, walking distance to points of interest.

The entrance is not exactly glorious, but that is a detail. For what you pay you get a very good deal. Good communication with the host

I liked the location it was right in center. Also our host was so nice, she let us stay in the apartment for a few more hours after scheduled check out, we appreciate this very much. The balcony was very nice but without a nice view. The shower was so nice! Smelled nice

When we came to our apartment there was trash already in the trash can (we believe from previous guests?) & the cutlery and dishes stored in cabinets were dirty. There are no newer pans sp be aware of that, and the other ones were pretty badly scratched. There were only two knives and they are not sharp at all.

Good value for money.

The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. It felt like an authentic Northern Macedonia experience. The location was the winner as it is 200m from the old town and the waterfront, near to supermarkets etc. It was also a good spot for trips to the local attractions. Parking was provided which was also helpful. It was also helpful to have a washing machine and dryer to use!

This place is great value for money, but there are some small quirks. For example a bedroom light was not working, although a lamp was provided. There are some stairs which did not bother us, but might be important to know for some people.

This stay did not meet even basic expectations.

Location

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. Despite being called a “deluxe apartment,” the accommodation was far below expectations. It was dirty throughout – we found hair in the bathroom, and the shower cabin was cracked and unstable, as it wasn’t properly fixed. The sofa had a very unpleasant smell, almost like cats had urinated on it. The towels were torn and had a bad odor, and one of the wardrobe doors had fallen off. Sadly, we would not recommend this place.

There’s lots of space and potential, and with some updates it could be a great place to stay

The host was very friendly and guided us to the parking. The apartment we stayed in is spacious, with a large living/dining area and three bedrooms. It’s centrally located, making it easy to explore on foot.

We didn’t see the other apartments in the building, but from what we heard, they’ve likely been updated. Unfortunately, the large six-bed apartment we stayed in hasn’t. It’s on a main road, so not very quiet. The sofa beds are worn out and not very comfortable. Some furniture was wobbly, and the dining table was hard to clean. The kitchen equipment wasn’t enough for seven people., upon request we got more bowls. Towels, blankets, and the 7th bed we booked were not ready upon arrival and only provided after we asked. We also found bugs behind the sofa bed, and the Jacuzzi tap/shower was temperamental. The washing machine didn’t spin properly.

Felt like home

The apartment was very clean, spacious and well maintained. It is located in the city center which is very walkable, it has a private parking garage so you don't have to worry finding parking in the traffic. The host Biljana is very friendly and understanding, she preheated the space for us coming during the snow and made us feel like welcomed.

Location

The pictures are not at all a representation of the property. The entrance to the apartment is through a back alley which is not even paved. The kitchen didn’t have the basic supplies like coffee mug, microwave, toaster, or proper cooking pots. The knobs on the cabinet were broken. Stove must be more than 30 years old. All the ink is wiped out and you have to guess temperatures. The host is super sweet when you come and afterwards she doesn’t reply to messages or calls. The bathroom, outdated and disgusting. Smells like sewer. The drain for the bathroom tub is located on the opposite end not under the faucet. The washing machine doesn’t work. We turned it on at night and fell asleep. Woke up to over an inch of standing water in the bathroom. The lady had the audacity to tell me I broke her machine. She knows very well it was not functional. Bedroom 1 has a light bulb sticking out of the wall with a switch on top. There is no main light in the bedroom. Holes in walls and doors. There is a 2 sided mail box next to the door where she keeps the key. You open the door, lock it and put the key in the mailbox. We woke up to leave and the door was locked with no key. Turns out the guest locked the door and took the key. I don’t blame them for the kind of deception with her properties. We call her and message her but no response. She didn’t provide any parking we kind of just figured it out ourselves. My worst experience and I travel a lot. We had a reservation for 2 days. After the first night I told her we are very frustrated with the flooding in the bathroom and everything. She pretty much said too bad. I won’t refund your money if you leave. So we stayed the second night.

Overall, very nice place to stay, I'll recommend it.

Very kind host, Apartment location is perfect, when you want to walk or to the lunch/dinner you can always come by to the apartment because it is literally in city center. If you are traveling by car, you can easily park it in the garage and forget about it until your return. Kitchen is huge, and if you want to prepare meals, you have everything that you need. Leaving room is also very big with a TV and many cable channels to who wants to watch it.

What to say, small things big issues... One part of the shower cabin door is missing, and the hole in the shower tub, which is causing a flood on the whole bathroom floor which is not easy to put in order again. WiFi is sometimes very very slow, but restart of the modem resolves the issue temporary. Because apartment is on the ground floor, there is no terrace and outside doors who need to protect you from bugs are broken, in spring/summer time, it is very important that you can open the door by night and not have a apartment full of mosquitos.

The location is great, it is so close to the old town. The apartment is well-decorated, spacious, and comfortable. We lost our way and the landlord took us, thank you very much. The parking place is just in front of window, so it is so easy to bring your bags (it is private parking place). We enjoyed our stay and Ohri!

One door of the shower is not in use. So when you are taking shower, bathroom is getting wet.
