Unfair and unprofessional

I reserved an apartment for one night and received a confirmation. Reservation was non-refundable. After getting the confirmation, I went to the apartment, but the owner was rude and told us there were no available units. This was very inconvenient because I had canceled another reservation to stay here, and I had to spend additional time searching for another place instead of enjoying my time in the city. I believe they prioritized guests who were staying for more than one night. They didn't charge us, but it was very unfair and unprofessional.

Very poor cleanliness

There was an air conditioner.

It was not clean at all. There were spider webs all over the place. The toilet was not clean as well. No toiletries were provided except 2 small soaps. Also the advertised parking and private parking was not available, so be prepared to park on the street if you find free parking place. Also there is no terrace (which to be fair was not advertised). I did not feel comfortabe staying at this property mainly because of the poor clenliness.

Good location in Ohrid

Although it is situated on the main boulevard, the apartment is quiet. It is not so big, but it has everything you need, even if you share the room for three people.

As it has different rooms and guests, some of them does not respect the rules always.

Long Easter weekend gateway with family

The check in process was very fast and easy. The location is 10min walking to the old town. The apartment is a modern one with shared kitchen area. There is no balcony in this apartment.

The hygiene can be improve a little bit, especially in the kitchen area. The apartment was clean overall. The hairdryer in the bathroom was not fixed well on the wall.

Modern place, have all the essentials needed. Shared great kitchen, with everything clean and ready ti be used. Also in the city centar! Everything is on walking distance and parking is available on the side. Highly recommend!

Banyodaki sıcak su kazanı çok küçüktü, bir kişi için bile sıcak su yeterli olmadı. Yazın problem olacağını düşünmüyorum ama kış için biraz sıkıntılıydı.

Na odličnoj lokaciji, blizu luke, starog grada i jezera. Laka komunikacija sa domaćinom, jednostavan ulazak u sobu. Domaćin ljubazan i nenametljiv. Apartman je bio čist, prostran, sa svim neophodnim sadržajima. Iako je pored glavne ulice, nije bilo buke. Kreveti su bili dovoljno udobni. Za preporuku.

L’emplacement est idéal, proche du centre-ville. L’appartement est spacieux et très calme. Les explications pour l’accès au logement sont claires et très bien indiquées. Martino est toujours joignable par message, ce qui est très appréciable. Petit conseil : faites attention à l’interrupteur avec un voyant rouge situé à l’extérieur de la salle de bain — il sert à activer l’eau chaude :)

Le ménage pourrait être légèrement amélioré : nous avons remarqué quelques toiles d’araignées dans l’appartement et un peu de poussière sous les lits.

Yeri merkezi cadde üstü olmasına rağmen nezih ve sessizdi.İçeri Bookingin size verdiği pini kullanarak giriyorsunuz.Masa üstünde ismimin ve dairemin yazıldığı kartı alarak ve okutarak kolayca girdik.Daire tertemiz ve yeniydi.Klimayı sürekli çalıştırırsanız oda ısınıyor.Biz gezi amaçlı geldiğimiz için daireyi sadece uyuma amaçlı kullandık ama oldukça memnun kaldık.Her katın ortak bir mutfağı var içinde ocak cattle ve mutfak gereçleri ortak bir kullanım alanı ve balkon var.Tavsiye ederim gidilecek yerlere hele de arabanız varsa çok çok yakın.Cadde üzerinde de ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak yerler yakın.

Čistoća objekta nije bila zadovoljavajuća. Uz samo malo više truda postigli bi se fantastični rezultati.
