Golden View Apartment

Super wygodny apartament z widokiem na miasto w samym centrum miasta. Parę kroków od jeziora. Nowy budynek z windą. Bardzo czysto. Gospodarz pojawił się błyskawicznie po naszym przybyciu. The apartment is clean and spacious. The apartment is at high level of 6 Floor with balcony in good scenery on old city. The availability of lift provided access to each floor. The provision of washing machine is the value added to the apartment. Several Supermarkets are also nearby within the walking distances of about 5 minutes.

We came for 3 nights from Albania by car in the end of November. We liked the location. We were happy that Daniel showed us free street parking next to the building. Yes there is dedicated underground parking but it is 350 meters away. And the 4 days that we stayed in Ohrid and traveled to Vevcani and Struga we always upon return to the apartment could find a free parking space! It was valuable. Also as it was the end of November we were worried about the heating. The apartment is super equiped for this purpose: 2 powerful ac's and also electric heater in the bathroom. We were not the first time in Ohrid, we'd been there maybe 5 or 6 times before (we come once or twice a year), and we used to prefer accommodation in the Old Town. But this apartment is much more spacious and cheaper than those in the Old Town. And at the same time offers fantastic view of the Old Town from the big windows!!! The bed is comfortable, pillows are nice and soft and there nice warm and cozy blankets. This apartment is on top floor, 6th floor! And the lift works very well!!! The kitchen is nice and well equiped! I loved the electric grill for toasting bread! I always cook breakfast at home. There are several supermarkets nearby (walking distance) including Kipper and Ramstore if one needs to buy food which we did. Thank Daniel for everything including the book with recommendations!

I would have loved to have a lid for the frying pan, maybe some paper towels, a whisk for making omlette and big mugs for tea, and maybe some tea bags. )))) But since we travel by car it is not a problem for us at all. Just a recommendation for future quests. The shower cabin's door slides open as soon as you close it, but we used a bit of paper to stop it from rolling! And also the light in the corridor is automatic which is great during the day but at night, if one needs to use the bathroom, the light may wake up the sleeping people. But all these are minor things. It is still 10 out of 10!

Emplacement idéal, dans un quartier résidentiel propre, calme et à côté du centre. De nombreux petits restaurants à côté (   « Plates » was really good!) , un hôte très sympathique, réactif et très serviable. L’appartement est tout à fait confortable et lumineux. Il a été pensé pour que vous passiez le meilleur des séjours. Et n’oublions pas de la terrasse avec sa vue magnifique !! Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Seul petit hic: pas de micro ondes mais tout le reste était là et fonctionnel !
