Really easy check-in and the host was great with communication. The apartment had everything we needed, and the heating worked well, which was a huge plus since it was freezing outside. You can't beat the location. it's right by the lake and close to all the shops and restaurants. Good, reliable spot for a trip to Ohrid.
The only real frustrations were the Wi-Fi, which stopped working and made it a bit difficult to plan our next steps. The host was great at trying to get this resolved but unfortunately we still didn't have any wifi by the time we had to leave. I found the bed a little uncomfortable. Also, the fridge is right next to the bed and can be a bit noisy when it kicks on at night.

The location was great - close to the old town and the local shop was just below the apartment. The accommodation was spacious and the owner was always available.
The headboard of the bad was old and used - the material was peeling and it was everywhere. The biggest issue was the bathroom - there wasn’t any ventilation so the smell wasn’t pleasant and the shower was constructed poorly, so after the bath, the whole bathroom was filled with water. Also the bathroom door wasn’t refurbished on time (I guess) because you could see some unfinished points. Also the walls are really thin and you can hear your neighbors.
