Villa Fantasy Premium Lakeview

The location on the lake was fantastic. Walking distance to sights, shops and restaurants

On arrival there was no one there to meet us. Had to make calls to get someone to open the property. The owner was in a rush to go jet skiing and told us to ring him if we needed anything. He also asked me to cancel the booking on booking.com and pay him cash so he didn’t pay the commission. There was one bath towel for 4 people and half a roll of toilet paper. When I messaged him to bring more towels and toilet paper he told me to call his partner and sent another number. The partner dropped off one roll of toilet paper and 3 floor towels instead of bath towels. I also told him the toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor every time you flushed it. He said he would send someone to fix it and no one came. The shower also flooded the entire bathroom. There was no seat on the toilet! A piece of the ceiling above the toilet was stuck with adhesive and fell on my mother’s head. The was no kettle, toaster or cooker. Not enough cutlery or plates for 4 people. Disgusting lack of ammenities for a 3 day stay. After complaining I was offered a cheaper accommodation if I ever come back to Ohrid. I refund is what we should have got!
