The host Svetlana is amazing, she was very helpful and really nice, waiting for us at the street so we didn't get lost and then took us to the currency exchange that was open since we got there late and didn't have any local currency to pay for dinner. Overall excellent place to stay!

Central location. Good for restaurants, shops and the harbour.
Dreadful communication from the owner.
No door keycode sent. No response to phone or email whilst I was stood outside.
Entry was only possible because a passer by told me the door code!!
No instructions about which room.
Wandered around inside till I found an empty room with a key in the door.
Only later in the evening did a message arrive confirming the door code and my room number.
