Staying in the ground floor apartments can get very disturbed if the second floor guests are partying hard.
Nice and spacious rooms.
No extra room for skis and boots. The ski bus was always full.

Very good
Apartment was spacious, warm and comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook for a few days. It's located a little bit away from the main stretch of Solden but the town is within a comfortable walking distance. The host was very welcoming and responsive if you had any questions.
Little bit of a steep climb if you miss the local ski bus which only goes by 4 or 5 times in the morning and then in the mid afternoon. But the main ski bus route is only a 10 minute walk away.

Far from the center and requires a long climb up the road.. Significantly less convenient without a car.

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung in Sölden – besonders geeignet für Gruppen, die viel Raum schätzen.
Riesiges Appartementhaus, ideal auch fuer grössere Gruppen bis zu 8 Personen. Eine schöne Basis für einen Aufenthalt in Sölden.
Die Einrichtung könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein, ausserdem ist die Ausstattung der Küche eher eher knapp.

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Randlage
Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, sehr guter Service und Erreichbarkeit von Fr. Falkner. Skibus unmittelbar ( 1 min) am Haus. Schöne gemütliche Wohnung, ausreichend groß. Brötchenservice am Morgen! Supermarkt in 10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar, Gondelstation in 15 min.
Keine Möglichkeit die Ski und Skischuhe unterzustellen. Allerdings 50% Nachlass bei einem örtlichen Skidepot, das war super und komfortabel für uns.
