Uitstekend!

Uitstekend verblijf met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ruime kamer met goed bed. Ook de doucheruimte was prima in orde. Het onbijt was in één woord fanatastisch, zeer uitgebreid en iedere dag net even anders. Ruime en makkelijk toegankelijke plek om je ski's en schoenen warm te plaatsen. Wat ook prettig is is dat je de auto direct voor de deur neer kunt zetten. Restaurants zijn op loopafstand en ook de gondelbaan bereik je met de auto in 2 minuten.

De bovenburen hadden kleine kinderen en die waren overduidelijk te horen, wel wat gehorig dus.

Трохи додати час кооистування сауною, наприклад до 21 год. Той тренажер, що стоїть в сауні я б розмістив в більш в доступному місці, щоб був ввдкритий також зранку. Тому що лижний спорт це мязи ніг, а важливо тримати в тонусі такод м,язи антагонісьи, тобто руки , корп...gut

Hat hervorragend gepassst, für das was wir in Nauders zu erledigen hatten.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sehr reichaltig, sowohl für Leute die ihren Tag gerne mit deftigem starten, als auch Obst und vegetarische Varianten.

Ein Hotel lebt davon, alle paar Jahre zu renovieren. Man sieht aber, dass hier die passenden Schritte unternommen wurden. Insofern ist alles gut.

Gastgebern vergessen oft das Kommunikation über Booking auch Gästekontakt ist. Ich würde es als unfreundlich bezeichnen.

Kommunikation Mitarbeiter. Offensichtlich darf man nur mit Bargeld bezahlen. (Ist ein bisschen fragwürdig aber ok) Man muss aber in den Hotel-Richtlinien schauen um das rauszufinden. Man soll einfach kommen, bezahlen und bitte wieder gehen.. (Siehe Foto)

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen an der Landstraße und trotzdem ruhig. Nette Wirtin, die gute Tipps zur Abendgestaltung parat hatte und sehr feines Frühstück.

Das hat mehr mit dem Ort zu tun: Nach 21:00 Uhr ist es nicht leicht noch einen geöffnetes Abend-Restaurant zu finden.

Für Radreisende ist das Hotel Kristall für eine Nacht eine gute Unterkunft.

Für uns Radreisende auf der Via Claudia Augusta war das Hotel eine gute Unterkunft mit sauberer E-Bike Garage und sehr gutem Frühstück. Es ist kein neues Hotel aber alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten und deshalb vom Verkehr auf der Reschenstraße nichts gehört.

Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon nach hinten raus, nicht zur Hauptstraße. Modernes Bad und großes Schlafzimmer.

Für die Sauna war es leider schon zu spät. Am besten am Vortag reservieren.

Het ontbijt was super uitgebreid, hele fijne, schone en grote kamer, aardige gastheer en vrouw. Skibus direct voor het hotel was top. Er was een mooie ruimte om je ski's en skischoenen neer te zetten, welke direct naast de skibushalte zat (wel in het hotel), waardoor je niet met alle spullen hoefde te sjouwen.

Voor ons was het best haasten om de inchecktijd van uiterlijk 20.00 uur te halen.

Prima ligging heerlijke bedden en schoon

Meerdere dagen Chagrijnige sfeer van de uitbaatster. Wij kwamen om 9.15 uur voor het ontbijt wat geopend was tot 9.30 uur als blikken konden doden dus geen gastvrij gevoel van de dag. Uitcheck tijd van 9.30 uur echt bizar terwijl het ontbijt open is tot 9.30 uur. Na het ontbijt nog snel even een keertje naar de wc kamer checken en om 9.35 uur wordt er gebeld waarom we nog niet weg zijn

Frühstück mittelmässig. Zimmer: unbequeme Sitzgelegenheiten: Beistellbett und Hocker ohne Lehne. Heizung plätschert wie ein Bächlein. Badezimmer schnappt immer wieder auf.
