It’s ok, but so expensive for what it is.

Village centre and near the ski bus. Staff were friendly, Hungarian and such like.

Boiling hot in the hotel, restaurant must have been 35 degrees and no air. Corridors, living areas, all boiling. Bathrooms had see through sliding glass doors, so everyone could see everyone else having their morning poo. Very weird, even for a family. Restaurant evening meals very fussy, everything with white sauce of some kind and very small Portions of meat.

Wonderful stay after a day of snow activities

It was the perfect location after a day of snowboarding g/ skiing. The room was cozy and clean and all amenities provided. The breakfast was exceptional with various breakfast options s buffet style. After a long day of being in the snow it was wonderful to enjoy the saunas. Multiple rooms as well as a pool available and relaxation areas.

Fijn hotel om met het gezin naar toe te gaan.

Het is een fijn hotel, op een mooie locatie. De bus vertrekt praktisch voor de deur.

De receptioniste was als enige niet vriendelijk en kon ons niet helpen met het vinden van een parkeerplaats. Parkeren is dus ook een serieus probleem. De receptioniste haat Nederlandse mensen en dat liet ze ook meteen merken. Wij hadden een zeer vervelende ervaring met haar. Het zwembad is fijn, maar er wordt niet gehandhaafd op grote groepen kinderen die het zwembad overnemen en een hoop lawaai maken. Dus als volwassene heb je einde dag niets aan het zwembad tenzij je overprikkeld wil raken en steeds een bal op je hoofd wil krijgen.

Für Familienskiferien zu empfehlen

Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Preis-Leistung stimmt für uns. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und besser als letztes Jahr ( Buffet) und das Abendessen war ein 4Gänger mit Auswahl zwischen Fleisch-Fisch oder Vegi. Die Saunen sind super.

Leider gab es im Badezimmer unangenehme Gerüche aus dem Abfluss der Dusche. Das Internet im Hotel war schwach bis gar nicht (insbesondere im Zimmer!) Im Saunabereich sind die Bettkopfteiöe in Jahre gekommen und müssten neu überzogen werden sowie die Leselampen, die nicht funktionierten.

Ich würde für dieses Geld nicht mehr in das Hotel.

Das essen was wir bekommen haben war gut.

Die Portionen hättte grösser sein können. Die Teller waren oftmals kalt als sie bei uns am Tisch angekommen sind, dadurch sind die kleinen Portionen noch viel schneller kalt geworden, das man das meiste kalt essen musste. Das Personal war grössten teils unmotiviert, inkompetent oder bekifft. Der Sauna berich war schön doch hatte es teils kaputte anlagen und man wurde nich informiert, es wurde auch nicht angeschrieben. Es wurden vermehrt Getränke vergessen die wir bestellt hatten, und erst gebracht wurden als wir nachgefragt hatten, wenn Sie im Stress gewesen wäeen weil viel los war hätten wir ew verstanden aber sie waren unserer Meinung nach genügend Personal.

Місце розташування прекрасне, близько до зупинки лижного автобусу, харчування дуже хороше (сніданки та вечері). Є кімната для лижного спорядження. СПА зона також хороша (басейн, є різні сауни, велика відпочинкова зона).

Не сподобалось лише те, що не залишали в номері запасу туалетного паперу, тільки те, що на тримачі. У нас був 3-х місний номер, нам не вистачало.

Das Hotel was sehr gut gelegen top Lage. Nahe an der Skipistd sowie schnell bei den Einkaufsläden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Dorf in der Nacht zusehen, ist fantastisch. Sauna sowie der Ruhe & Poolbereich waren ausreichend super. Die Zimmer hatten alles was mab brauchte & die Zimmerstimmung passte zum Hotelstyle.

Wir haben zum Abendessen ein Wiener Schnitzel bestellt & haben aber gefühlt nur Panade bekommen. Wir musste das Fleisch sozusagen suchen & die Kartoffeln waren zumteil noch hart.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt leider weit entfernt von dem Qualitätsstandard 4-Sterne-Hotel.

ich habe das Hotel mit der Erwartung eines 4-Sterne-Hauses besucht. Leider muss ich feststellen, dass mein Aufenthalt in mehreren Punkten nicht diesem Standard entsprochen hat. Der Wellnessbereich machte insgesamt einen vernachlässigten Eindruck. Es waren über längere Zeiträume keine Handtücher verfügbar, und die bereitgestellten Trinkbecher waren teilweise beschädigt, undicht oder deutlich abgenutzt. Zudem zog es in der Sauna stark, was den Aufenthalt dort unangenehm machte. Auch die Sanitärbereiche waren nicht in einem Zustand, den man in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf. Es fehlte häufig an Seife, und an den Ecken im Duschbereich lösten sich bereits die Silikonabdichtungen. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt betrifft die Parksituation: Die Parkplätze sind extrem eng, sodass es kaum möglich ist, bequem aus- oder einzusteigen, ohne benachbarte Fahrzeuge zu gefährden.

Gemütliche Auszeit in Nauders

Uns hat es rundherum sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl bei Ihnen gefühlt. Danke für den Tip mit der Bergbahn und der kleinen Wanderung . Es war toll . Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.

Leider war es im Wellnessbereich oft sehr laut, da die Jugend sich nicht zu benehmen wusste, obwohl deren Eltern auch anwesend waren ! Es stand überall: ABSOLUTER RUHEBEREICH. Das war sehr schade . Vielleicht ist Zugang ab 14 Jahren zu jung

Non all’altezza delle sue stelle

Buona la posizione al centro di Nauders, paesino austriaco vicino al confine italiano e svizzero. La reception ha cercato di migliorare alcuni aspetti del nostro soggiorno, inizialmente non soddisfacenti.

In un primo momento ci è stato assegnato un posto auto troppo stretto, il primo giorno di soggiorno rientrati in hotel dopo una gita abbiamo trovato la camera in disordine e non pulita, la colazione alle 9:00 inizialmente era scarsa in quanto alcune cose venivano caricate alle 7:30. Il phon in camera era assolutamente inadatto e una sera sia o rientrati in hotel dopo cena e abbiamo trovato la hall e l’ingresso completamente bui e abbiamo dovuto accendere noi la luce. Avevamo chiesto la possibilità di mezza di pensione ma la reception non ci ha supportato ne riferito al ristorante, risultato mai pranzato e cenato in hotel!!!!Fatto presente tutto alla reception, che ha cercato in qualche modo di sopperire e migliorare. Ma di certo non è un hotel all’altezza delle 4 stelle che ha!!!Mancanza ri shampoo e balsamo in bagno, mancanza di acqua in camera anche a pagamento, tanto più che una sera l’abbiamo dimenticata e mio marito è uscito all’esterno. Pazzesco, in un hotel a 4 stelle!!!! Onestamente conaiderati gli standard internazionali dal momento che viaggiamo molto, questo hotel è stato una delusione, tanto più in Austria dove la precisione e l’attenzione al cliente in genere sono garantite!!!Hotel sicuramente da migliorare e da gestire in modo differente. A Nauders sicuramente troverete di meglio!!!

Splendido hotel in mezzo alle Alpi

Bellissimo balcone con vista mozzafiato. Il buffet della colazione era ricco di leccornie e lo chef bravissimo a preparare le uova. Ci siamo davvero rilassati all'interno della spa e siamo riusciti a far fare il suo primo bagnetto in piscina al nostro bimbo di 3 mesi e ci siamo divertiti tantissimo. Il paese piccolo, ma molto caratteristico.

Hotel ok - Nauders und Umgebung perfekt

Großes Zimmer mit Blick nach Hinten auf die Berge. War relativ ruhig gelegen. Sauberkeit war ok. Personal war sehr nett. Lage war gut. Vor dem Hotel ist ein Brunnen mit kühlen Trinkwasser. Außerdem gibt es einen Großraum-Fahrradkeller, aber eigenes Schloss sollte mitgebracht werden, wenn man es anschließen will. Ansonsten hat jeder mit Zimmerkarte Zugang. Für An-/Abreise kann man vor dem Hotel halten und in Ruge alles aus- und wieder einladen. Eigener Parkplatz wird zugeordnet, ist aber weiter unten gelegen, zu Fuß ca. 3 Minuten, mit dem Auto muss man etwas herumfahren.

Zimmer sind schon altbacken. Bei der Sauberkeit ist Luft nach oben. Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel muss mehr Sauberkeit und Komfort drin sein. Reinigungspersonal war in Alltagsklamotten unterwegs, haben auch im Flur ihre Frühstückspause gemacht, haben wir Ihnen gegönnt, war aber auf Flur unangebracht, hätten auch Dienstkleidung tragen sollen, da immerhin 4-Sterne Hotel. Frühstücksbuffet war soweit ok, aber nicht außergewöhnlich, fanden die Brötchen aber nicht frisch. Für Veganer eher wenig Angebot. Wellnessbereich mit Pool sah nett und sauber aus, war auch relativ groß mit Blick auf Berge, aber war mir zu warm, wie in einer Sauna. Auf den Wellnessliegen waren keine Auflagen. Chillen konnte ich vor allem wegen der Wärme in dem Bereich leider nicht.

Zeer zeer trage wifi, als we een film wouden streamen kon dat enkel via mijn GSM en 5G. DE parking achter het hotel is voor maximaal 3 voertuigen, maar men zet er meestal 5 tot 6, waardoor je soms echt niet op uw aangewezen plek kan parkeren, of nietmeer weg kan. Het is er vaak echt een grote ramp

Fijne, rustgevende en toch actieve vakantie.

Het ontbijt was goed. Het aanvullen van de voedingswaren was eerder op vraag van de hotelgasten zelf. De sauna was aangenaam en rustig; De kamers waren heel proper. Het was een rustige omgeving. Leuk dat de kinderen zelf een gerecht konden kiezen, jammer dat het altijd dezelfde 5 gerechten waren. Het personeel was over het algemeen heel vriendelijk. De kinderen hadden ook een fijne tijd in de kelder waar ze konden poolen of kickeren.

Het avondeten was in het begin niet zo toegankelijk. Naarmate de week vorderde beterde dit wel. Het saladebuffet was gedurende de hele reis hetzelfde. Hier mocht wat meer variatie in zijn, alsook in de gerechten van de kinderen. De cake tijdens het ontbijt was altijd op. Er werd niet voldoende info gegeven door de dame (de jongste) aan de receptie. Zo kwamen we er pas 2 dagen later achter dat we een gratis badjas konden vragen en dat we ons kaartje moesten hangen als onze kamer gepoetst moest worden. Ook de auto voor de accommodatie plaatsen om vroegtijdig uit te checken was niet mogelijk. Er waren de ochtend toen we vertrokken meerdere plaatsen vrij helaas. Het zwembad had geen connectie met de tuin.
