Fantastic aparthotel at a very good location in Nauders, which is itself a very good location for anyone who likes summer activities in the mountains, or just like to combine a holiday in Austria with visits to Switzerland and Italy. It is a new establishment, well equipped, well maintained, with very good spa facilities, free parking spot, and more than friendly and welcoming staff. All recommendations.

Beautiful ski holiday in Arabella Retreat & SPA

In One Word. Beautiful! We warmly recommend this beautiful Hotel. We are family of 4, girl is 6 and boy is 8. They have enjoyed indoor swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool, playing billiards and table tennis. In the evenings you can sit in beautifully and warmly decorated lobby area, where you can drink warious drinks from self-service bar and play dominoes, Uno uno, chess and many other games. Everything is modern, in lobby area drinks can be ordered by using room key-badge, and payed later by check out. Worth mentioning is food service. Our room was equipped with tablet where breakfast and dinner can be ordered, and delivered to your door! You can track the progress on the same tablet and see approximate time when your food will be delivered. We have tried pizza and it was delicious! Worth mentioning, hosts are so nice and welcoming, very kind and friendly, and they can give you right information and recommendations about area of Nauders. Hotel looks like brand new, very clean and well maintened, towels were changed everyday and rooms vere cleaned daily as well. That was our one word. We hope it will help you to choose this mountain pearl!

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie, ruime, hygiënisch kamer. Een gemakkelijk systeem om ontbijt en avondeten te bestellen. Geeft zoals de slogan van het hotel een heel vrij gevoel.

Wunderschönes Apartment-Hotel mitten in Nauders

Wunderschönes, modernes Apartment-Hotel mitten in Nauders. Hervorzuheben ist vor allem die Sauberkeit der Zimmer/des Hotels (selten so sauber erlebt!) und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Wunderschöner Wellnessbereich, insgesamt fehlt es an nichts! Wir kommen wieder! (Auch mit Baby zu empfehlen)

Perfekter Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und top ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom riesigen Zimmer mit moderner Einrichtung und eigener Küche – das hat uns super gefallen! Auch die freundliche Betreuung und die ruhige, gleichzeitig zentrale Lage haben den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Ein Hinweis: Es gab keine Zimmerreinigung während des Aufenthalts – das war für uns aber kein Problem, da ausreichend Handtücher bereitlagen. Eine etwas klarere Kommunikation dazu im Vorfeld wäre hilfreich.

Fijn appartement!

Fijn appartement, schoon, 2 badkamers. Ligging is goed, dichtbij winkels en kroegjes zonder last te hebben van het lawaai.

Persoonlijk vond ik het bed te hard. Op de badkamer miste ik handzeep en de handdoeken hadden een keer extra gewisseld mogen worden.

De accommodatie was top. Mooie kwaliteit van materialen en aan alles was gedacht, handige bestel mogelijkheid van de broodjes, drank bestellen in de lobby. Ook de eigenaren waren zeer vriendelijk en stonden altijd voor je klaar.
