Villa Agape

We had a wonderful stay at this property on Naxos. The location is excellent — just a 7-10 minutes walk to the waterfront, with everything you need within easy walking distance. There is a mini market and a bakery right around the corner, which was very convenient. The house has three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Outside, there are two balconies and a small, cozy backyard, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your time on the island. The house is very well equipped — you can simply arrive and start enjoying your vacation. It has a washing machine, plenty of kitchenware, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing we missed was a microwave. The owner, Nikiforos, is exceptionally kind and attentive. He personally welcomed us with a pie, fresh fruit, wine, and beer. Since tap water is not recommended for drinking, he thoughtfully stocked the house with bottled water before our arrival. There was also tea and coffee available for guests. Everything was spotless, freshly renovated, and very well maintained. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

The ACs are a little bit tricky - you have to close all the windows to make it works. Not straightforward to control it. If you rent a car it is hard to park it around the house. Public parking is about 10 minutes walk.

Très bien situé, très bel accueil, cuisine bien garnie et appartement très propre. Épicerie, pâtisserie et poissonnerie à proximité.

Il y a beaucoup d’objets dans la maison qui ne sont pas rangés dans les placards et cela donne un sentiment de désordre dans la maison. L’avantage est qu’il y a tout ce qu’il nous faut dans la maison!

Incredible property to stay at in Naxos. We really loved staying here and the hospitality shown was incredible. The location is great and the villa is so nice and comfortable.
