Good opinion for budget travellers and great location, but not so great facilities

We really liked the location; it was less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and less than 15 minutes walk to the port and local shopping areas

We didn’t like the bathroom of the property; it carried a strange smell, the drainage was poor and we suspect there was mold.

Lovely location for Naxos

The balcony is amazing and lovely to sit out and have breakfast at. Also has a clothes line

We realised the staff can come in at any time - one of our days we were sitting outside on the balcony around 3pm and the owner let themself into our room (unlocked with master key) without knocking or sending a message. It caught us a bit off guard and is a bit of an invasion of privacy.

Perfect with a very accommodating staff.

Lots of room for my family to spread out. Conveniently located in walking distance from the port. Grocery, restaurants, laundry, car rental places all nearby. Minutes from Agios Georgios beach. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels to replace those used. Mike, Maria, and the staff were very accommodating. Very friendly.

Hopefully we were able to upgrade on site otherwise the room in the basement would have been too bad narrow. The humidity coming from the bathroom there is unfortunately no ventilation.

Marie is lovely woman who explained us everything related to the apartment. she speaks really good French and communication with her was nice. the location is really good, in the centre and close to the beach. there’s nice restaurants and shops around. we had 5 single beds but we wanted a double so they gave us a double mattress to put on top, that was really helpful. :) staff was so nice and lovely

Our room was underground so there was no view at all and there’s no phone signal in the room but wifi works really nice. The room was a bit noisy due to other guests (you can hear everything).

Good value clean rooms in an ideal location for the beach and the old town!

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. great air conditioning and long clothes lines for washing.

A few additional features would have made a big difference to the feel of the place & functionality. example - lampshades & option for softer lighting for reading at night. the shower curtain meant that water overflowed onto the bathroom floor - a closed in glass screen would have prevented this.

Beautiful, clean, basic studio very close to the beach and to town. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved the location as the room was in a quiet area only 2 mins from the beach and about 10 mins from the busiest part of town.

The cleaner always wanted to clean in the morning so we got kicked out our room at about 10 every day. Would have been nice to choose to have cleaning later in the day.

The room had a spacious roof terrace with seating and table so a great place to have meals or simply relax at night time. The kitchen was very well equipped. Mike ad his mother Maria were very kind and helpful even driving me at very short notice to the ferry which I was in danger of missing...thanks Mike

This place was a room with a small kitchen counter, kitchen cabinets, and oven. With some kitchen equipment. Bathroom and a small balcony. The balcony was facing a busy road, but not a nuisance at night. A little nice to see people walk by when I made breakfast.

Good location but the room was horrible

The location was perfect for the beach and in a walkable distance to the city. There are also a lot of breakfast and dining options around the property. The host was kind.

Our room was in the cellar and had an horrible odor. In the bathroom we had still the towels from the last guests. It was not well cleaned. The bathroom looked disgusting for me. When we were in our rooms, suddenly someone came in and searched for something in our room while we were there. She did not explain anything to us and did not said who she is, but had a key. For the third night we had to change the room. The host informed the day before at 11 o'clock in the night by knocking on the door. However, he shifted our luggages the next day but it was annoying since we had to pack one day earlier to repack it again the day after. Moreover, the room was not looking good. Every free space was used for an additional bed. Furthermore, the sockets were not isolated. You could see the cables. I would definitely not book this room with children. Moreover, we had to call the host to get the keys since he does not have a reception. This was really costly for us, since calling outside the home country is not cheap at all.

Posizione centrale comodissima a tutti i servizi. Vicinissima al porto a 5 min a piedi. C'è un supermercato lì vicino e un parcheggio gratuito per le macchine,circa 5/ 10 min a piedi. Ottima per brevi soggiorni.

Poca pulizia della stanza e bagno con solo la tenda della doccia, motivo per cui si allagava ogni volta che ti lavavi. Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere almeno uno straccio per asciugare. Comunque ogni giorno passava la signora delle pulizie.

La salle de bains était moisie avec des mouches mortes sur les murs. Il nous a changé de chambre sans nous demander et on était au sous sol hyper humide et insalubre. Restes de nourriture sur la nappe. Traces d'huile sur le volet. Pas de balcon. Aucun service. On a eu froid et il n'a pas voulu nous donner de couvertures alors qu'on voyage avec un enfant. On a demandé une annulation, il n'a pas accepté. Il a notifié qu'on était pas venus alors qu'on a passé 2 nuits. Le matos cuisine était collant. Aucun sens de l'accueil

Super logement rendant encore meilleur le séjour

Nous avons aimé la dame qui nous a accueilli qui parlait français, était très arrangeante ainsi que les autres employés. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement au centre de tout (supermarché, transports, centre historique, port et plage). Nous avons aimé le petit extérieur pour manger dehors et l'accès à du basilic frais, il y a également une bonne climatisation.

Nous avons moins apprécié la faible isolation sonore du logement ainsi que l'eau très froide en fin de soirée pour prendre notre douche, le ballon d'eau chaude est sans doute commun au groupement de logements.

È un po lontana dalle fermate dell autobus, ma è forse un quarto d ora di cammino. Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere piu contatti con l host

Molto vicino alla spiaggia di Agyos georgyos e anche all' aeroporto, al borgo di Cora e anche al porto. Ottima posizione per quando si arriva a Naxos ed è tutto ancora da scoprire. Vicino ci sono anche vari servizi di car e moto rental. Non so se nei mesi di luglio e agosto sia molto trafficata la via. In giugno era tranquilla. Abbiamo avuto un appartamento con due stanze al piano terra, con piccolo giardino. Ci sono anche camere al piano superiore con balconcino ma anche camere seminterrate perché credo che in alta stagione sarà tutto pieno. Dopo aver preso tutte le info sull isola e aver visitato Naxos Cora, consiglio di spostarsi più a sud. Fino a Plaka si può andare con il bus ( ce ne sono ogni mezz'ora) . Se si vuole esplorare di più e arrivare in posti più tranquilli, meglio noleggiare un mezzo
