A wonderful stay with an exceptionally kind host, great location, and a spotless, well-equipped apar

The host was extremely kind – probably the nicest we have ever met. The apartment pleasantly surprised us with its equipment, including an iron, ironing board, and even a beach umbrella. Everything was very clean, and the mattress was brand new and very comfortable. The location is excellent, making it a perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!

Pleasant apartment in a quiet part of toen

Close to the centre of town and for getting to the activities we had planned. Host took great pride in the property and the fact it was passed down from his parents

Amazing place to stay in beautiful Naxos!

Great studio in Naxos Chora. Amazong location, walking distance from the port and all restaurants and shops. Host makes you feel welcome, he even left some things for us to eat at breakfast, mineral water and sodas. Place is renovated everything is brand new. The place is very quiet still super close to everything. Host recommended great places to eat and visit. Stay here! Great value!

Located in a convenient location

The rooms were clean, and as advertised. The location was extremely convenient, as it is just a 10 minute walk away from the port, and just around the corner from the port. The host was nice and got us a complimentary bottle of wine and lots of water and cola.

The initial introduction of the room and facilities by the host was long and a bit overbearing, with explanations about basic things that don't need explaining.

Good location. Clean and comfortable. Good facilities, shower etc. Good value for money. It rained heavily one of the days we were here so it was nice to have a room with cooking facilities, smart TV etc.

Check-In experience was slightly intense (but not difficult) with the host spending a few minutes listing/showing us photos of damage which prior guests did to the property, but other than that he was very nice and helpful.

Great value for money!

Great location to Naxos port. Easy to find location. Owner provided a lovely welcome which was very informative and appreciated. Amenities that were great: split system air-con, double shower, apartment size, cupboard space, lots of PowerPoints.

Our only issues were: very uncomfortable mattress with 1 loose sheet provided as linen (tolerable because of the heat), lack of kitchen utensils (spatula would be great for cooking eggs/bacon etc and unfortunately the occupants in the rest of the complex were extremely loud coming in at 05:30 (walls of apartments quite thin so woke us up immediately). Normally noise doesn’t bother us (holiday mode after all) but this was beyond a joke.

I would rate this as the best accommodation I stayed in for my entire 3 weeks throughout Greece. Everything was brand new and the apartment was exceptionally comfortable and good value for money. The manager was brilliant. Short walk either to the the old town or the beach area.

Good location, 15 minute walk from the port. Host very helpful and took pride in his service. Being an adults only, it was lovely and quiet. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make breakfast. We would stay again.

Exceptional

The small apartment was really great for my stay while I was doing HO. The walls are quite thin therefore pretty much everything from windows, to kitchen cupboards and even toilet seat is made to be or function soundproof. The father of the owner even gave me some biscuits and a glass of juice after my check-out as I was waiting inside the staircase for the rain to stop.

Disappointing

The location was okay, close to the port and to the beach. Room itself was like in the pictures, and it was clean.

The bed wasn't comfortable. Another thing, it was my 40+ time coming to Greece and it was a first time to witness such bad manners, the owner/manager had unacceptable behavior. My partner is local to Naxos and it was also his first time to experience such disrespectful attitude.

Convenient location and a helpful host.

The location is very convenient we had a car and there are two parking lots close by. The host met up with us and showed us the amenities and gave us some tips on the neighbourhood. The balcony is sunny in the morning so breakfast at the balcony was really nice.

There was no mosquito net at any window, so we had to keep all windows closed. It would have helped to have a bug screen so the bathroom window could have stayed open. There were teflon pots and pans but only metal appliances.

The host is a bit pedantic and kept referring to bad reviews he had previously had blaming customers, which was off putting. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything. Coffee machine and kettle provided but no tea or coffee.

Budget friendly apartment in great location

it’s more like a service apartment instead of hotel but it’s definitely worth the money! tho we have some hiccups on the drainage but it was quickly resolved. water is hot and the location is primed.
