Easy to get to and from the centre although a bit remote (not more than 20-30min walk from the port). Spacious enough room with a balcony. Small kitchen for cooking with a hob and basic utensils. My room got a quick freshening up most days.
On the first day I had a rather late arrival due to a sailing ban in the day. It was a bit difficult to get a hold of someone to tell me which room I had - but that one might be on me as I could’ve called earlier. There’s no staff present to talk to though.
The next morning the cleaners loudly awoke me by shouting and being very noisy in the corridor for more than an hour. The soundproofing is not very good, but it’s a quiet area and the rooms are far enough apart that you don’t tend to notice it.

It was cheap
No reception and no one there when I arrived. The walls are thin and the bed was uncomfortable. Also no toilet paper.
