The room was nice, everything was clean and the bathroom was well kept. Good location, short walk to the beach or the port. Friendly staff.

I was a little disappointed because the booking said three beds and it was only two twin beds pushed together.

A very nice apartment within easy access of the main areas of Naxos. Would certainly use again. Simos was very helpful and helped with the need for a late check-out.

Nice place to stay in Naxos chora.

Comfortable room - compact but had everything needed and a nice balcony. Handy for access to the beach and the local shops, and easily walkable to the porrt. I was only there one night to change ferries, but could have stayed longer quite happily.

For the price you pay it’s not terrible but it’s nothing like the pictures and the service is horrible.

It was cheap

No reception and no one there when I arrived. The walls are thin and the bed was uncomfortable. Also no toilet paper.

A bit weird and confusing but for 2 nights it was good for the price :)

For the money I paid it is a really good value. The room was really clean and they took care of the cleaning really well. I liked the bathroom shower.

I was a bit disappointed that there was no oil/salt or anything like that available so i had to steam everything I made.. Also the bed wasn't so comfortable.. And tbh as a solo traveller i didnt feel that safe tbh - it was really noisy especially in the morning. every day they tried to open the door i guess to.see if its ready to get cleaned but without knocking or anything so I got scared for a second. And yes, make sure to always close the windows before leaving... And the check in and check out was really messy. When i tried to check in there was nobody there even though they asked a second time when i will arrive even after confirming my time.. So I called them and i barely couldn't understand there english and just told me my room number... No checking of my passport, no receipt, ... I guess for the price you shouldnt expect too much, it was fine for a the 2 nights i stayed.

Perfect location, great value for a studio with everything you need!

Perfect little apartment, great location close to the beach, centre and supermarket. Loved the little balcony and kitchen, wish I could have stayed longer! The owner paid for my breakfast in the local cafe on the day I left, very sweet 🥹🥹❤️

There was sometimes noise in the mornings, not sure if it was staff, neighbours or other guests.

Family run business with an assortment of apartments for a fair price.

I stayed in two units during my stay here, a vacation rental 2 bds apartment, and a standard compact studio. The 2br was amazing with full kitchen, large screen tv, great bed mattresses, washing machine, dining area, and extra large balcony. The compact studio well equipped, had a nice balcony, and was serviced daily. The building had a very nice rooftop patio. The hosts were helpful and welcoming.

The compact studio did not have the best soundproofing and bed mattress, unlike the ones in the superior 2bdr , was a a bit basic.

Comfortable clean accommodation with easy access to the harbour area and Agios Georgios beach

Host greeted me upon arrival. I arrived 3 or 4 hours ahead of official check in time and expected to just drop off my bag. Host served me a coffee, glass of water and some local sweets until my room was ready within 30 minutes only!

Comfortable, but not worth the price

The room was nice, had a modern bathroom and a nice balcony to sit & hang clothes.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The bed wasn’t comfortable and I was given dirty towels. From about 7am in the morning, (I assume) the owners are making so much noise in the reception area and I couldn’t sleep beyond that time. It was also super difficult to check in, the hosts weren’t responding on booking.com at all, I had to call customer service to find out the address - only to hear that the name of the place was different. The location isn’t bad, but for the price you could find something similar that is closer to the centre. Also use google maps to get around (including to find the place) because I found Apple Maps didn’t work in Naxos as well.

Lovely studio, great location, wonderful island.

Simos Studios are lovely and an easy walk to the beach and to the town. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. Or you can cook for yourself. Our hosts were very welcoming. It’s also great value and ideal for island hoppers like us.
