What a lovely stay it was! The team was so hospitable, welcoming and attentive to all the needs. Special shout out to the room service and restaurant - it's no great to have such a delicious dinning without even leaving the hotel. Whole experience was incredibly comfortable and the design of the hotel was just so pleasent with the location right at the steps of a sense of nature and calmness in the city :)
Had some issues with AirPlay on the TV and, although the design of the rooms was superb, some shortcomings could be seen (like poorly fixed crack on the wall, chipping floor strips or stains on the armchairs)

The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and overall it is a very good hotel with services fully in line with expectations.
A wider and more suitable selection of snacks or finger food at the bar.
