    I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay, which unfortunately did not align with my expectations. At a rate of 2,800 NTD per night, I found the overall value to be somewhat lacking, as the accommodations felt quite constrained and the quality of the experience did not match the price point. I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the room’s environment. Upon arrival, I noted that the air quality was compromised by a little bit noticeable scent of smoke, which detracted from the comfort of the stay. While the location of the establishment is convenient, the facilities appeared to be below the expected standard. Furthermore, I found the staff’s engagement to be less than welcoming, which affected the overall atmosphere. Due to these factors—specifically the concerns regarding cleanliness and the limited space—I do not feel the stay provided sufficient value. Consequently, I would be hesitant to reserve a room here again in the future.

    Cleanliness is not maintain, because we saw dust in the table and the glass that we are about to use and also some hairstrands in the table. I hope that they will give attention to the cleanliness for the guest to be safe. But all in all, it is comfortable to stay and the location is good because it is near to the E7Play.
