We had a pleasant stay at Walker Hotel Sanchong. The location was convenient, making it easy for us to explore Taipei and get around the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing. I also appreciated that there were restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby, which made things very convenient.
For the price, I think the hotel offers good value, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Taipei.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying at Walker Hotel Sanchong again on our next trip to Taiwan. 🇹🇼❤️

Ceiling leaks when raining, bed smells and room has strong smoke smell. They don't refill breakfast dishes after the first round.

Affordable, but the SMOKE SMELL was a major issue.
NOT RECOMMENDED WITH KIDS or with ASTHMA.
The room is old and not well-maintained. The paint and walls are worn, the bathtub looked unhygienic, and there is NO BIDET—you will use the shower head.
Biggest problem: Our room smelled STRONGLY OF CIGARETTE SMOKE all throughout our entire stay, even after cleaning. The smell was present in both the hallway and room.
Not recommended for families with kids or anyone sensitive to smoke/asthma.
Positive: Affordable, and staff clean the room upon request.
Location: One bus ride to Ximending. You’ll need to learn the bus system
Free Breakfast, but do not expect too much. The good side is FREE COFFEE and Water 24/7.
Definitely I will not BOOK THIS HOTEL again.
