Great location for the price. The facilities were spacious, clean and modern.

Not really disliked but a challenge of traveling with an older person are the steep stairs.

Great apartment right next to the Alana square, near the Museum de Fado. I don’t know if location can be any better. Lots of eateries and bars around at any hour. There is everything you might need for your stay at the apartment - utensils, plates, cups, etc. we did not cook much. No need for that with all those cafes around. But the coffee machine and coffee pods were quite useful. Kettle and tea bags were provided as well. Also, the luggage storage is available which was a great deal for us. Overall - great place

Our place specifically seemed like a newly built apartment between 2 floors. The ceiling height was 2 meters. So if you are a tall person, confirm which apartment you are in. Other than that - no issues.

Location was ideal across the cruise terminal with a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and a short distance to the plaza and city center.

The property was about 200 meters from the management and check-in location, which was mentioned in the description. However, access to the unit required additional physical effort due to the narrow and steep stairs.

The studio apartment was as pictured on Booking.com. The bathroom was well sized with a good shower. There was an adequate sized kitchen as well (but we did not use). Staff helped carry luggage to apartment on arrival.

Firstly, the apartment is not located in the main building for Lisbon Best Choice Apartments, so it was quite an uphill climb to get to the room. Our apartment was located on the ground floor, with street access, right in front of a children’s playground. Consequently, it was loud all hours of the day, especially as there was quite a gap in the door. This gap also allowed cigarette smoke into the apartment which was unpleasant. During the night, there was significant noise until early hours of the morning. These noises included screaming, drunk people and firecrackers. Children also pressed the doorbell. As a result, we were woken on multiple occasions on almost every night of our stay. When asking staff for other options, there was nothing they could do. When expressing our safety concerns, the host brushed them away saying it was “no big deal”. Finally, we organised a taxi for our return to the airport for 5am (organised a day and a half in advance). We were reassured the taxi would be there on time, if not early, so we were not provided with a phone number for the taxi service when we asked. When we arrived to the collection point in the dark at 5am, there was no taxi and no one to call. We arranged an Uber ourself.
