Minor problems notwithstanding, the Courtyard was absolutely lovely.

The breakfast was fantastic, and Joe was an incredible hospitable host.

The room was quiet from outside noise, but there was a persistent, audible drip from the toilet which was distracting enough to make it difficult to sleep. Also, the bathroom door in the unit was damaged so that it couldn't be pulled fully closed without damage.

The perfect place to relax

This B&B is cozy, welcoming, quiet, and all-around a lovely place to stay. Joe was attentive and made the most delicious Irish breakfast. The room was simple and comfortable, and I found a delicious dinner right next door.

There was nothing not to like! The room was perfect for 1 person, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and Joe could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The location was great too, only about a 10 minute ride to Shannon Airport. Everything was great! :)

Easily accessible with great parking! My room was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated having a top sheet and quilt in addition to the usual down duvet which I often find too warm. Joe was the ultimate gracious host attending efficiently to everyone’s needs all the while sharing a story and a laugh. Breakfast was great!

The pipes tapped in the night which was a bit startling. Otherwise, no dislikes.

Cosy and clean B&B. Lovely host.

We loved everything about this B&B. The host was so friendly, told us about things to do in Bunratty and showed us around the B&B when we arrived. There's a nice communal seating area in the B&B to relax. The room was very clean, very cosy, with a smart TV. Bed was comfy. Tea and coffee facilities in the room too. The location is a very short walk to Bunratty Castle and the local pubs. There is parking available on site. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Both full Irish and continental options for breakfast.

Superb

Absolute perfection 10/10 the host was extremely helpful in planning our iternary for 2 days, the breakfast was superb and the accommodation was clean and very comfortable. There were also 3 pubs walking distance which served excellent food.

Breakfast was out of this world cooked freshly to order, the room was spotless and very comfortable. Location was marvellous , walking distance from the Manor Court Hotel etc.

This B&B exceeded our expectations in every way!

Amazing host, beautiful accommodation and fantastic breakfast! So many little details that made this place special. The whole B&B is thoughtfully designed which adds to the welcoming feel. Spotlessly clean and very cozy, would've liked to have stayed longer. The breakfast area was bright and perfectly set up and the breakfast was so great. Walking distance to the restaurants and castle. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

The breakfast was lovely. Rooms were nice and clean. Very friendly and helpful person greeting us and showing us to our rooms.

Rooms were warm and the windows didn't open. Carpet in the hall was stained, so made it look a bit dumpy in the hallway which was my first impression.

Comfortable nights stay with a wonderful host.

From the moment we arrived, Joe made us feel welcome. He took time to show us our room and how things worked, suggested walks for the next day and ensured we knew the best places to visit in Bunratty. Breakfast was delicious, and let us going all day. Bed was super comfortable. Really enjoyed chatting to Joe and learning more about the region. We left something in our room on departure and receive a very quick phone call to allow us to return easily. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
