The living area beside the kitchen and patio outside has a beautiful view, and I very much enjoyed watching the local bird life dancing around the patio and its furniture! I saw a rook, two Eurasian wrens, and a wee spideog!
Bed was warm and comfy although I completely forgot to shut the window (my b). XD Coffee was delish and refreshing, owner was very friendly and accommodating! The room was nice and quiet.
There wasn't anything I didn't like, really!

Very comfortable, nice interiors and a very good location (close to downtown areas and safe/secure)
Could not figure out how to open the tub drain.....

The bed was comfy and the location was good for visiting Limerick (if you have a vehicle)
The WiFi didn’t work. It’s not finished e.g. painting not completed, no handle on en-suite toilet door. There were piles of clean laundry in all the common areas.
