Nice location but cold

Quiet location within University, good sized Bedroom and an attractive communal breakfast/living room within the complex.

Room was very cold with central heating off. (Mid November). Bathroom likewise and Water cold. Two electric heaters left in wardrobe but not ideal.

No internal room thermostat to turn heating on during cold nights The shower pressure is non existent, which made for a cold and uncomfortable shower after a long day, which isn't really good enough.

Great location to stay when in Limerick

Our stay here was really comfortable. Great location on the UL campus and very safe. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Room very clean. Handy to have a kitchen to use as an option though we didn't use this time.

Very happy!

It’s the perfect location if you are visiting someone who lives on campus. It’s quiet and clean. The shared kitchen is well equipped and you can make yourself some coffee in the morning. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The only thing that could have been better was having stronger water pressure in the shower.

Perfect location with great facitlies

I was only there one night but it had everything we needed in the room, including desk to study at. We didn't get to use the kitchen common area as we hadn't brought anything with us but next time we stay we plan to.

A great stay!

Very spacious, the room had a bathroom, a full sized bed and a little office space to do work. Alongside that, it also had a kitchen and a dining room that was perfect for my kind of work.

The internet could have been better. Since my work is mainly online, the internet connection kept dropping so if there was an option to have a router within the room to more workload that would be fantastic.

Lovely room with ensuite. Shared lounge/kitchen with 3 other rooms but never saw anyone. Was very quiet and peaceful.

Fabulous night

Inside the beautiful university campus, it is very quiet and lots of amenities. Free washing machine and dryer, which are very convenient, we did our laundry for free after a week in Ireland. Fully equipped kitchen.Room is very big and clean. Our favorite hotel stay so far during our vacation. Highly recommended. Bus stop nearby if travel without cars.

Very comfortable stay on the UL campus

Facilities and cleanliness exceptional. The buildings could do with a coat or two of paint . But once inside it's a really comfortable accommodation and the staff did their level best to assist me with an early check-in. Erica was on duty and should be commended for professionalism and courtesy. I will be back to Brennans Court accommodation.

Don’t be put off by the hostel vibe mentioned in some of the comments. This place outstanding.

The place was way above expectations. The room was virtually an apartment with washing machine, drier, dish washer, oven, microwave and coffee maker with more than a dozen varieties of pods.

We went mid week and out of term time The cafe/restaurants on campus closed v early.

Reception staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was good. Communal living area was nice.

EV charger 15-20 min walk away from accommodation. No heating working in room so very cold. Snail half way up shower curtain on my arrival. One of the two complimentary water bottles was open and half full. Doors very noisy when opening and closing as there is quite an echo in the hallway so heard everyone moving about. No option for breakfast.

Excellent accommodation at a reasonable price.

Considering this accommodation is on a university campus (village) it was exceptional. From the friendly welcome at reception (Connor), to the clean, comfortable & well equipped accommodation to the beautiful surroundings this was excellent value for money. The bedroom was well furnished with ample storage & workspace & the shared kitchen/lounge had all you required for a self-catered break including complimentary tea, coffee & biscuits. Additionally there is a footpath immediately adjacent to the accommodation that runs directly to the centre of Limerick (1hrs walk) through leafy lan s alongside the Shannon river.

Brillinat stop over

I wanted a quiet stop over and this ticked all the boxes. the kitchen area was really good, I should have used it to cook but ended up getting a take away instead. So quiet and a nice walk down to the Shannon.

Location meant getting into town centre was by bus and given it was bank holiday few were running. My fault really!

Lovely location, nice warm, very clean room, with all basic facilities and ensuite bathroom. Right in the heart of UL campus. Great walking trails around. Common area to share amongst guests with all kitchen, washing, free coffee facilities. Would recommend and stay her again 10/10
