The location of the hotel was very convenient. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinners and breakfasts were very good. We will definitely consider staying at Kilmurry Lodge next time we visit Limerick.

A nice comfortable pleasant stay, I would recommend.

I liked the rooms and the breakfast, getting breakfast every morning was great. I did like the free water station as well located at each wing(building). The staff also were very nice, friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is in good condition with comfy clean rooms and excellent car parking.

The hotel staff are great except the restaurant staff where there are some real training issues at breakfast and lunchtime. We turned up for breakfast at 10.20 on the Saturday when breakfast was until 10.30 and there were no clean tables and the empty tables were piled with dirty plates. Chaos. Run out of croissants. Went to get an extra cuppa at 10.50 to be told drinks were chargeable after 10.30am!!! Manager gave me a cuppa after I highlighted this was somewhat ridiculous but left a bad taste metaphorically!! Then lunch the next day and day after was chaos lots of staff but not knowing what to do and very inexperienced and slow. Food not great taste and overcooked/poor. Roast lamb was like carpet!!

Hotel OK but Wi Fi really bad

Friendly welcome at reception on arrival and again on leaving. Tried to help out with the wi fi but wasn't their fault.

Wi-fi was bearly there at all. Faded in and out and when I did a speed check, only 6 mBps which in today's world is very poor. I had my own paid dongle with me which I tried and I had great reception and managed a speed of 460 mBps. Some incredable difference.

The location was quiet

This is not a three star hotel. A two at best. The rooms are old and not at all as pictured. We had to change rooms three times. The first room had plumbing issues, the second had a strong smell. The staff was accommodating but this is not at all what we expected. We would not stay here again.
