Great modern apartment. Had all we needed. Two identical rooms each with its own shower. Nice garden with seating area. The hosts are a really nice couple, helped us with what ever we needed and made sure we have all we need. Highly recommended.

Cosy apartment in quiet neighborhood

Nice and comfy apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful garden with nice view to the mountains. Apartment is situated in cute, small and quiet village with backery and small supermarket. Hosts are really nice and friendly.

Wonderful hosts and fun, relaxing stay in the mountains!

This was probably one of THE best apartment "Air BnB" type of experience we've had. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and from the get-go Steffi & Sandro were extremley welcoming, hospitable, and kind to us. The apartment was contemporary chic, exactly what we would want in our own home, and almost everything was brand new. There were 2 bedrooms with two beds and 2 bathrooms, and a sofa that extended into a pull-out bed. The kitchen was equipped with your basic necessities for cooking a modest meal (stove, pots, pans, utensils, convection oven, etc). The fridge was stocked with free, welcoming goodies for our arrival (water, chocolates, wine, beer, etc). This was particularly nice considering we had children with us (chocolates)! The apartment has such a beautiful, wonderful view that we would just go outside and watch the sheep frolicking in the grass with the mountains as the backdrop. We were initially concerned the apartment had no air conditioning, and Europe is notorious for not having a/c in areas that certainly should have it. However, once we were in the apartment, the temperature was very comfortable even for July, and the evenings would get cold enough that we would need a blanket if we wanted to lounge outside. One night our hosts even helped us order pizza, which was very tasty. The location is great for several activities (waterparks such as Area 47 and Aqua Dome, hiking, rafting, etc) and if you are staying for a longer duration of at least 3 days I would recommend purchasing the Otztal Card that provides access to several activities (water parks, pools, ski lifts, museums, etc) for a low price. Overall, I would highly recommend and hope to stay again this winter!

Perfekte Weihnachten!

Vom Check-In bis Check-Out war alles perfekt. Es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir auf alle Fälle wiederkommen möchten! Leider waren 3 Tage so schnell vorbei. Sehr sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberfamilie.

Bij mooi weer is dit een super verblijf!

Erg mooi huis en een heerlijke grote tuin. Prima slaapkamers en fijne badkamers.

Vanuit de kamer/keuken kun je niet naar buiten kijken.

Schön war‘s!

Super Ausgangslage zum Skigebiet Hochötz und nicht weit ins Kühtai. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich, die Betten bequem, das Bad ausreichend groß. Kleine Küche ebenfalls vorhanden, für ein kleines Frühstück und Abendessen völlig ausreichend.

Leider kein beheizter Skiraum zum Trocknen der Ski und der Skistiefel

Mooi Sautens!

Bij aankomst zat de sleutel al in de deur, dus eenvoudige toegang, perfect! Erg vriendelijke en betrokken gastgezin, altijd wel even in voor een praatje. Appartement heeft 2 badkamers en dat was erg prettig. Goede wifi. Keuken voldoet en is van alle gemakken voorzien.

De koelkast heeft maar een klein vriesvak en de magnetron / oven combinatie is aan de krappe kant. Koffiezet apparaat is een Dolce Gusto, zelf geven we de voorkeur aan een eenvoudig apparaat om filterkoffie te kunnen zetten. Maar dat is maar wat je zelf gewent bent natuurlijk !-)
