Quiet, clean, nice apartment

The lady that checked us in was very nice, met us at the apartment and showed us through our apartment.

We were in the top floor and the ceiling was low in many spots but the apartment was great other than that.

Een heel aangenaam en zéér proper appartement.

We mochten al vroeger in het appartement. Alles was aanwezig. Lakens, handdoeken, keukengerei, extra toiletpapier, koffie, thee, haardroger. Verwelkoming: chocolade en snoepjes.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Sehr schöne, große und saubere Wohnung mit einer Ausstattung, bei der es an wirklich gar nichts fehlt. Außerdem eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Leider liegt das Haus direkt an der Durchfahrtsstraße, die recht laut ist. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist eher nicht möglich. Aber ansonsten alles top!

Gemütlich-komfortables Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen

Was für eine Wonne: im Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer gibt es Fußbodenheizung! Nach Rückkehr vom Skitag kann man sich gut aufwärmen. Und entspannen. Das 1-Zimmer-Apartment ist perfekt organisiert, alles ist gut durchdacht und gestaltet. Perfekter WLAN und TV-Programm. Küche ist im Eingangsbereich, alles notwendige vorhanden, auch der jeweilige Zubehör, wie Backpapier für den Ofen, Spülmaschinen, Tabs, Müllbeutel, Kaffeekapseln und Teebeutel. Das Boxspringbett ist sehr bequem, auch die Schlafcouch lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl das Apartment direkt an der Straße liegt, hört man kaum Autos. Die Fenster sind sehr gut gedämmt und auch durch Vorgänge verdunkelt. Aus den angrenzenden Wohnungen haben wir nichts gehört, auch hier eine top Dämmung. Das Badezimmer ist ausreichend groß, sehr schön modernisiert, die Dusche ist heiß. Es gibt genügend Schränke zum verstauen. Handtücher werden bei Bedarf gewechselt. Fragen nach dünnerer Bettwäsche oder einer anderen Kaffeemaschine wurden direkt gelöst. Zu Silvester hat uns die Vermieterin mit einer Sektflasche im Eiskübel überrascht. Eine tolle und herzliche Frau. Von der Erdgeschosswohnung kann man mit wenigen Schritten den Skikeller und den Parkplatz erreichen. Zum Skibus dauert es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Skibus ist in 10 Minuten an der Skigondel in Oetz.

Zu Dritt (10 jähriges Kind) braucht es viel Rücksicht und Ordnung eine Woche auf einem Zimmer zu verbringen, kann aber funktionieren 😀.

Tolle Ausstattung und blitzsauber

Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig, für die 5. Person war ein zusätzliches Bett im Wohnzimmer, die Ausstattung war top, Geschirrspüler, Kapselmaschine, Tee, alles war blitzsauber. Vielen lieben Dank, Sehr gerne wieder einmal ☺️

Großartige Dachterasse mit Grillmöglichkeit und außreichend Platz für sechs Leute

Die Dachterasse & Grillmöglichkeit ist phänomenal! Es ist mehr als ausreichend Platz für sechs Leute zum schlafen plus eine große Couch zusätzlich. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Skigebiet Hochoetz, Kühtai und Sölden

Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und entgegenkommende Vermieter. Wohnung sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Kleine süße Überraschung bei der Ankunft.

Wohnung liegt direkt an der kleinen Dorfstraße. Obwohl 30-Zone sind Auto- und Motorradfahrer schnell vorbeigefahren. Daher muss man immer aufpassen.
