The dreamlike apartment with private entrance is located on the outskirts of Sautens, in a beautiful location overlooking the Acherkogel. Furnished with great attention to detail, the accommodation is accessed via an outdoor staircase that leads to the covered garden lounge. After a day of skiing or hiking, fully unwind in the infrared sauna. Luxury and privacy!
The Hochötz-Kühtai ski area is just 4 km away and scores points with its family-friendliness. It offers services such as a ski school, children's courses, WIDI's Children's Club and an indoor kindergarten. In summer, the area is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks, most of which start right at the house. The popular Piburger See is just under 4 km away. The Ötztal cycle path runs under the house and the well-known AREA 47 can be reached in no time at all
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
