The location
We are very disappointed with our stay at the house. Unfortunately, when we arrived we realized that the house does not have two shower rooms as you see in the pictures, something that was critical for us. The apartment has many insects and the level of cleanliness is low. The heat and heavy dodge. Although we asked for fans we were told there were none. During the entire stay the owner of the apartment did not offer any help and when he wanted to send us a message he sent a message and left a letter on the door without talking to us.

the chalet is the house of the owners who rent it out so you can still find toys, cats :-) and other things of the family in the chalet. Has not bothered us but you need to realize this. There was no manual for the kitchen fire and it took us some time to get it sorted out. The apartment can sleep 10 people but there is only 1 big cooking pot in the kitchen so if you are really many people cooking will be challenging. Sautens is a very small village where there is not much to do. It has a shop and a bakery but for a restaurant you need to move the Oetz (next village).

Nette, ruhige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, schöner Bergblick
Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Schöne neue Wohnung mit gehobener Ausstattung. Ruhige Lage mit tollem Bergblick, Carport vor dem eigenen Eingang. Allgemein sauber.
Die Ausstattung ist allgemein ziemlich dunkel gehalten, aber dies ist Geschmacksache. Nebenraum am Schlafzimmer sowie Badezimmer ohne Fenster. Bei genauerer Betrachtung ist die Sauberkeit verbesserungsfähig. Es gab Silberfischchen in den Tassen und am Boden sowie Staub- und Spinnenweben. Die Küchenausstattung ist, vor allem für eine größere Gästeanzahl nicht ausreichend. Wir sehen dies nicht unbedingt als Mängel, würden jedoch in dieser Preisklasse etwas anderes erwarten.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und aufgenommen. Die Vermieter sind super sympatisch, freundlich, hilfsbereit :-) Wir waren mit unserer Hundedame dort. Die Unterkunft war TOP, der Ausblick / die Lage super.
