Very good

The room is small, but the appartment has all necessary services. Good bathroom and well equiped kitchen. All is very clean and the appartment is new. The owner came several times to ask if all was well.

The town is nice. The room was clean. Parking place ok.

At night there was a noise of some kind of a machine, like water pomp or dishwasher or sth else, we could hear it in a room - like bass from music, was difficult to fall asleep even around 1am. We arrived late, but the room was not prepared fully, there were no towels and toilet paper-we had to ask for it. The buiding is just next to the bar. Long after midnight there were people seating there and having very loud conversations. Did not feel as safe as used to in Austria. There is only one small window in a room. Good only for transit, not for longer stay. It is absolutely too small for4 persons, no place to move around when sofabed is unfolded. Only one huk for towels in a bathroom. Should cost half the price.

Great little cozy apartment with everything you need for a short or mid-term stay, excellent location close to the "entrance" into the Oetztal, very friendly and quick communication with the host. The beds are very comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped. Can be used as a great base for exploring the valey and coming back to the apartment for the dinner and night We were four (with two small kids) and it was just the right size for a 1-2 nights stopover. But if you travel as a couple it should be a great little place to stay for a longer time

Unusable in summer, probably OK for cooler seasons

The location met our expectations. The host was friendly. Parking was easy, despite a narrow street. I expect our room would be perfect for two travellers in winter, autumn or spring. It's good the room had a dish washer.

The elephant in the room was the lack of air conditioning. There was no way to cool the room to bareble (sleepable) temperature. Even with all windows open, when it was already cool outside, the house needed hours too cool down. The window of the room faced the street, and each passing car was first illuminating the room (the curtain didn't block light) and then creating noise. So once we managed to barely fall asleep, we were awoken by each passing car. Closing the window was out of question due to temperature. The room was very small, definitely too small for 4 persons. The kitchen also serves as the entrance area, and it's so tiny that the fridge doesn't fit and is installed in the room, together with the dining table. With the sofa used as the shildrens' bed, there was barely any space left for our belongings. The bathroom was OK, but didn't have enough towel hooks or shelves for 4 persons. Considering a big empty wall, it must be simple to solve. An unpleasant surprise was the discovery of silverfish running on the (otherwise very clean) bed linen. I caught one before we went to bed, but another one ran over me at night, and I didn't like the feeling. All in all, for cooler seasons—add towel hooks in the bathroom, and don't advertise this room for more than 3 persons, and it's fine. For summer, add mosquito net in the bathroom, another door at the entrance (to guard of animals), and an air conditioner, and the room will be small but nice.

We liked our stay in haus Elena a lot! apartments was small, but everything was clean! Kitchen was very good equipped! Host was very kind too! We recommend for short stay!

Wi-fi was very bad. Also church bells started ringing very loud and long at 6:00am..

Schöne Tage in Sautens mit guter Anbindung in die Skigebiete.

Saubere neue Wohnung. Sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Das Bad hat eine große Dusche und ist ausreichend groß.

Koch- Ess- und Schlafbereich leider ohne Trennung (anhand der baulichen Begebenheiten auch nicht möglich). Kühlschrank direkt im Schlafbereich.. Wer Nachts geräuschempfindlich ist, hat einen schlechten Schlaf.

Sve u svemu odlično!

Veoma čisto. Domaćini ljubazni. Svega ima u apartmanu. A ako vam trebaju čisti peškiri ili nešto domaćini će vam odmah doneti.

Treći ležaj je malo neuduoban. Možda razmisliti o zameni jastuka. Neki ljudi su alergični na perje. Proveriti termostat za grejanje. Bilo bi dobro dodati neke police ili kukice za odlaganje stvari. Svakako sve nabrojano nije presudno i ne utiče preterano na kvalitet boravka!

Schöne Unterkunft mit hilfsbereiten Menschen

Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir eine Autopanne hatten hat uns Elena sogar an den Lift gefahren am ersten Tag und wir konnten am letzen Tag nach Check Out problemlos alle unsere Sachen dort lassen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Ski Raum.

Nie wieder.

Die Lage und es war sauber und es gab Parkplätze.

Bei der Ankunft war es kalt und für 290 Euro pro Nacht erwarte ich ein perfektes Appartement. Stattdessen Billigmöbel und Einbauten in Heimwerkerqualität. Fernseher schief angebracht. Duschtür billigst bei Amazon zu kaufen. Bettdecken Plastik statt Daunen etc. Einrichtung und Küche ideenlos, oder um einfach mit wenig Einsatz viel Geld zu verdienen.

S ubytováním jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Kuchyňka byla trochu menší, ale ve dvou osobách dostačující.

Studio bylo velmi čisté, vše nové, v koupelně nás mile překvapily ručníky - 2 různé barvy, tak nedocházelo k záměně v průběhu používání, také polička v koupelně na odkládání věcí byla fajn.

Sauber, gemütlich, perfekt.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Lage war hervorragend – Parkplätze standen direkt am Haus zur Verfügung. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet: eine tolle Küche mit allem, was man braucht, und ein großes, bequemes Bett, in dem man wunderbar schlafen konnte. Besonders angenehm war, dass es im Apartment schön warm war – das war uns wichtig, da wir im Oktober da waren und täglich viele Stunden in den Bergen unterwegs waren. Insgesamt alles perfekt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

80 € Reinigungskosten für eine Übernachtung sind unverschämt. Diese Zusatzkosten waren bei der Buchung nicht klar erkennbar. Das ist mir bei einer boking.com Buchung noch nie pasiert und ich fühle mich betrogen.

Top zomer lokatie, ook voor doorreis

Alleen in zomer geweest, superhandig op doorreis naar Garda. Met gezin van 4 op 1 kamer kan prima, dus 2 gezinnen lukte (1x4&1x3). Huis is erg ruim en compleet voorzien incl koffiecups. Supermarkt 50 mtr vlakbij. Zelfs bakkertje(cash) 100mtr verder. Alles vroeg open. Met 8 volwassenen op 1 badkamer incl wc lijkt me wel veel. Maar voor ons was het erg aangename verrassing. Uitzicht indrukwekkend en mooi

היינו זוג עם תינוק בן 9 חודשים. הדירה הייתה נוחה מאוד, המטבח מאובזר עד הפרט הכי קטן שתצטרכו. פשוט ואו. ממש יוצא מן הכלל. קיבלנו מיטת תינוק נהדרת כולל כרית ושמיכה לתינוק, והוא אפילו קיבל ארגז צעצועים! המארחים היו נחמדים מאוד, עזרו בכל דבר שהיינו צריכים, מיקום מעולה בקרבת סופר ומאפייה קרובים ברגל. בקיצור מומלץ.

Mooi verblijf om de buurt te verkennen of als je gaat skiën

Netjes, compact, gratis parkeren bij de deur. Prima voor een verblijf voor een paar dagen. We waren met zijn drieën en je zit dan wel bij elkaar op de lip. Maar zo tijdens skivakantie prima. Ze hebben ook een skiberging. Supermarkt 100 meter verderop en pizzeria naast de deur. Vriendelijke host.

Er viel niets tegen. Wellicht een tip om een topper voor op de bedbank te kopen als er drie gasten verblijven. Dan is het matras niet zo hard. Verder alles netjes.

Gute Ausstattung, etwas eng, wenig Schrankraum

Gutes Bett, vollständige Küchenausstattung, sauber, Skiraum

Ungünstig geschnitten, enge Durchgänge, im Bad Platz verschenkt. Wenige Schrankfächer, wir haben unsere Sachen auf dem Schlafsofa abgelegt. Das Fach über dem Kühlschrank, für das man die Kühlschranktür öffnen muss, ist mir allerdings erst beim Ausräumen des Kühlschranks aufgefallen. Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu zweit. Zu dritt oder für einen längeren Zeitraum wäre es mir zu eng und unpraktisch.
