Snowboarding trip

Very friendly and helpful owner (?)/ personel. The rooms are nice, spacious, comfortable. Each room has its own kitchen to prepare meals and refrigerator. The sauna/ swimming pool area is very nice, a cold plunge is available. Hotel worth recomendation.

Great and uncomplicated facility with all you need

Spacious and uncomplicated facilities. Sauna and pool was included and open 7-19 each day. The Arosa Card was also a great add on for us.

The sauna and pool opening hours could have been a bit later as well.

It was a great time to also have the possibility to stay in the appartment when the weather is bad or something similiar

The bake (Backofen) doesn’t bake well, we made pizza and it was burned in the middle

Superb

Modern and well-equipped apartment. Pool was very nice, a bit on the cold side for me, but with great view of the mountains. There is a small play room for kids. Easy and quick checkin.

Clean, functional and good value stay in Arosa

Very clean and functional, plus hot showers and heating. We had most things needed in the apartment as a base for spending all day out on the slopes. There was also a lovely view from the balcony.

Given it was one of the cheapest stays in Arosa, we didn’t have high expectations. The interior is really old and basic - we only had a couple chairs in the living room to sit on. A sofa would be nice! Also note to couples the bedroom is twin beds.

The apartment was very spacious, although the sleeping rooms were a bit small.

As there was off-season in Arosa, some of the facilities were not working.

Good value for money

Simple, nice, clean room for ski holidays. Nothing fancy but well placed. Near the center (10 minutes walk) , the bus stop (3 minutes walk) to the ski lifts. Swimming pool and sauna free of charge, indoors parking (with a charge) open air parking for free.

It was not clear at the amendements that bed sheets were not included. The guest should bring his own or rent.

Wir hatten eine schöne Skiferien- Woche in Arosa und können das Hof Arosa weiterempfehlen

- Hallenbad, Sauna, - ist grundsätzlich Zentral. Hat jedoch bis zur Bushaltestelle/ Coop sehr viele Treppen. Mit Kleinkind eher ungüstig.

- Kinderecke ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Spiele sind kaum vollständig. - Matratzen sollten ausgewechselt werden- sind teilweise schmutzig.

Heel erg goed!

Toegegeven: het is allemaal wat gedateerd. Maar het is schoon, het functioneert en het is er. Maar de grootste meerwaarde is de beheerder W. Marty. Hij wordt al in veel recensies geprezen: maar hij maakt het ook waar. We hadden een medische noodsituatie in ons appartement. Marty trad perfect op en bracht ons naar de kliniek en regelde verder alles. Grote hulde!

Wat ik al schreef: de appartementen zijn wat gedateerd.
