Small rooms but the hotel has a good back-packer vibe

Hotel looks clean and fresh with its Jazz theme. Nice terrace to have your breakfast. Short walk from the city center. Parking garage underneath the hotel. Friendly staff. Nice common rooms, hostel-style.

The room and bathroom are a bit small. Expensive place, and parking is not included in the room price. No airco in this hot part of Switzerland (though the rooms do have fans to keep you alive).

Sehr gutes Hotel an ausgezeichneter Lage Nahe am See !

Sehr gute Lage , Nahe an der Promenade und Einkauf und Restaurants . Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ein paar Meter vom Hotel entfernt und man ist mit dem Bus schnell weiter . Wer mit dem Auto kommt kann seine Fahrzeuge ( Auto , Motorrad , Velos ) in der Garage sicher verschlossen abstellen. Möglichkeit online ein und aus checken , Getränke bekommt man auch Nachts am Automat am Check in und Kaffee Automat steht auch zu Verfügung

Die Lage war super zentral das Personal sehr freundlich und das Preisleistungs verhältniss war super.Das Zimmer war rundum sauber die Betten auch sehr bequem.

Die beleuchtung ist im Badezimmer sehr schlecht und es hat keinen Kühlschrank.

Für eine Nacht gut, im Sommer aber zu heiss

Sehr nettes Personal, self-checkin/checkout funktioniert, Gratis Wasserflaschen bei an- und abreise, gut mit ÖV erreichbar, für eine Nacht gut.

Es war extrem heiss, der alte Standventilator im Zimmer hat leider nicht viel geholfen. Da wir im Erdgeschoss waren, konnten wir auch nicht die ganze Nacht die Fenstertüren offen halten, da einfach jeder reinschauen/laufen konnte. Die Betten haben sehr laut geknarzt und es waren schwarze Haare auf dem Kopfkissen.

Schön und ohne viel schnig schnag, einfach gut.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein aber mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist klein aber fein, genügt. Alles unkompliziert und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Bei offenen Fenster ging um 5 00 Uhr auf den Nabers Grundstück die rasen Bewässerung an dass Mann meine es würde Regen und Um 6 00 Uhr hat die Firma AGB Plakate abgekratzt war auch sehr laut. Fazit ab 5 00 Uhr das Fenster Schlissen

Die Dame, welche uns am Morgen zum Frühstück begrüsste, war sehr nett. Danke! Wichtig war auch der geschützte Einstellhallenplatz für unser Motorrad! Und das Hotel war nicht so überfüllt. Zudem hat uns das Zimmer sehr gefallen: sauber und wie neu. Auch dass wir zwei Mineralwasser beim Kommen und Gehen gratis erhalten haben, war äusserst wichtig für uns. Danke!

Die Dame an der Rezeption (Büro) könnte eine Spur mehr Lebensfreude verbreiten. Sonst alles Perfekt.
