La chambre est grande et bien équipée. Le bâtiment de l'hôtel et son parc. Une supérette juste en face de l'hôtel.
Le village qui ne possède aucun restaurant, à part une excellente petite pizzeria (tutobonno), tenue par des personnes très sympathiques, et toujours bondée. A réserver si on veut consommer sur place.

This was a great hotel to stay in. It’s very convenient for the airport and for visiting Assisi. The room and bathroom were large, clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The hotel is housed in an old manor or farmhouse, so it’s interesting architecturally. The staff were very helpful and, since we arrived quite late, they helped us get a table at a lovely restaurant less than 10 minutes’ drive away. I can’t forget the breakfast! It’s a buffet with a wide selection of sweet and savoury dishes, and the chef makes exquisite scrambled eggs.
It would have been nice to have a basic tea and coffee making facility in the room. It's not a big issue, though, as there is unlimited coffee with breakfast.

Lo stabile è grandioso e caratteristico, ha un bellissimo spazio esterno e milioni di potenzialità, la camera ampia e arredata abbastanza sontuosamente, disponibile un piccolo frigo con 2 bottigliette d'acqua ed una piccola cassaforte , i sanitari di pregio e la colazione a buffet
Le potenzialità sono sfruttate al minimo, la gestione è condotta al risparmio , il personale quasi assente e si ha la sensazione di esser un pò abbandonati ,in particolare dopo le 17/17:30 .
Si percepisce un pò di decadenza, ciò che si rompe e che era di qualità e ceramica e probabilmente ottone o acciaio, viene sostituito con componenti di plastica molto dozzinali( per esempio la pigna della della vasca), nel bagno dal lavandino neppure un bicchiere per riporre spazzolini da denti o rasoio, e la colazione pur se abbondante non ha nulla di "fatto in casa", nella camera non c'è un telefono e tantomeno un numero di telefono per contattare qualcuno del personale o della reception, nella brochure ed in internet si menziona un ristorante che però ci si dimentica di specificare che non è in funzione e quindi si è costretti ad uscire anche a cena.
