For a four stars there were missing a lot of items in the bathroom
We had to go to a pharmacy to buy some face care product. There was no conditioner no body cream etc

Internal parking available
Rooms are basic and impersonal. No sound proofing so we didn’t sleep at all: we heard people passing in the corridor, staff working in the nearby breakfast room and the lift.
Breakfast was basic, we had much better breakfast in 3 star hotels.
If I go in a 4 star I expect to rest and that rooms are quiet, this is my first requisite.
