Welcoming reception staff. Large, comfortable family room.

Welcoming and warm atmosphere. Restaurant staff were also really friendly and accommodating. Good menu.

The rooms were very quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of car parking

Hotel is quite dated, a bit like stepping back into the 80s. Location is also pretty poor. We appeared to be in the middle of nowhere with no chance to walk anywhere

Location was a bit remote. Food times weren't as advertised - tried to have some food in lounge bar and was told ' chef on a split shift' The continental breakfast was very basic: boxed cereal, one type of dairy milk in a jug, no fruit yogurts just a bowl of plain yoghurt, the fruit was a bowl with 4 apples, 2 pears. When toast was served it was 1 slice per person. The 2 types of pastries were tiny and 2 of one type and 4 of the other 45mins after breakfast started. No cold meats, cheese, assorted prepared fruits others might include. It wasn't very inviting so we didn't bother with breakfast on day2. There was no sign of the breakfast muffins advertised in guest room book. Shower didn't work properly. Air con rattled when not on in room. Bathroom door self closing arm was rediculous..very strong and noisy meant door could not be open - using bathroom at night woke other occupant each time.
