Lovely location. Velux window opening into a small balcony was a great feature.
En-suite was rather cramped because of sloping ceilings. Washbasin was too small to wash in and was even difficult to clean your teeth in. Sloping ceilings in bedroom limited the headroom in places resulting in several banged heads.

Everything, from the moment the door was opened till the great full english breakfast the following morning, could not fault it. A great find.
OK, so maybe the chickens running around when I pulled up. But what should you expect on a farm in the countryside.

Breakfast was great and freshly cooked. Pleasant breakfast room. Room was very clean and tidy. Whole building was clean and in a good state of repair. Hosts very friendly and helpful.
The mattress was not comfortable and neither my partner not I slept particularly well. We were in an attic room and I must have hit my head half a dozen times. Lovely view from the room.
