The girl welcome desk was kind.

At the time of my reservation, the description of the ad did not match with the appartement I was assigned. It said "appartement with terrasse and view to the mountain." When we arrived, it was a room with no terrasse or window. I was not the only one with the same problem that day because a couple that did the check-in right before me had the exact same problem. The girl from welcome desk, after a while, could relocate my children and me. After a long trip, we just wanted to lay on the bed and rest, and that was not the case. When we made the check-out, another girl of the welcome desk explained that: "there was a mistake on the description, and that happens." No, that should not happen, period.
