    Absolutely disappointing and definitely not recommended. The room was not clean at all. The pillows and bed sheets looked like they hadn’t even been changed. The bathroom drain was clogged, and there was no soap or shampoo provided. I tried calling reception several times, but no one answered. When I asked to change rooms because of the clogged drain, I was told I had to wait until the next day. The bath mat wasn’t replaced either. To make matters worse, the maintenance staff came into the room and stepped on the bath mat while repairing the bathroom. The overall service and cleanliness were extremely poor. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

    Dirty sheets, no shower gel / soap, no single beds, poor heating, entrance / room / ski lockers all miles apart, spa supposedly included but chargeable. Never again! Draps sales, pas de gel douche / savon, pas de lits individuels, chauffage médiocre, entrée / chambre / casiers à ski à des kilomètres l’un de l’autre, spa supposément inclus mais payant. Plus jamais!
