Generally good but I expected a little more from a Mercure. Rooms were basic and dull.

I did not eat breakfast. The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

On arrival I was told that I had been “upgraded” to a larger room with a town view. I had booked a harbour view. I was not asked if I would like to change, but told that it had happened. I did look at the larger room, but declined, and after a little difficulty a harbour view room was found.

Breakfast was great, staff very welcoming and friendly Building was historic and developed in a sensitive way

We had an accessible room which was great, except that the shower head only had a low level holder, so it was difficult to have an overall shower Minor but easily rectified issue

Parking is available but contact the hotel in advance as it’s off site & a short walk away. I suggest you park close to the front of the hotel & unload your bags there.

It was ok.

The location was good, in the middle of Roscoff with plenty of restaurants around.

They don’t serve dinner unless you want a dish that’s been heated up in the microwave. The rooms were very dark and there were only paper cups for tea and coffee.

Wonderful surprise--upscale and comfortable in an excellent location.

This is part of a hotel chain, but you would never know it at this location, as the feeling was very boutique. Our room faced the ocean and had a generous balcony. It was large-ish and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast looked good although we skipped it. The location in the old town is excellent with fine dining options nearby and good shopping too.

Great short break in Roscoff, would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was pricy but lots of choice. Being able to reserve private parking was a huge plus. Sea couldn't have been closer in our sea view room, it was right under the window! Amazing view.

ideal seaside location and views

Town centre location in traditional old stone building. Friendly staff with excellent communication. Excellent sea view. Lobby bar also with sea view. Room comfortable, with opening windows to get the sea air. Secure, reserved parking.

A couple of minutes walk / drive to the secure car park, which is inevitable given the location of the hotel

Breakfast/ Evening meals were not available - the person on reception told us breakfast was not available as no kitchen staff - We saw people having breakfast the following morning! ONE tea bag and two extra small cream - No milk Back room overlooking church - noisy from 5am

The view was beautiful

No glasses or cups to drink from. Instead we were given paper cups and wooden sticks for stirring. The cups required putting in a second cup for strength as when hot water was added they became flimsy. What a pity as the staff, hotel and view were all wonderful

Absolutely awful- see description DO NOT STAY HERE

Parked outside the hotel to catch the ferry from France to UK. In the night, someone hit my car outside the hotel. I understand accidents happen but what shocked me was the staff’s response: I asked the reception woman on Sun 04 June does she have any cameras or could she help to write me a statement for the insurance, she was rude and didn’t care at all. The car is an expensive Mercedes S Class that I had to repair myself. No note was left to say sorry and I was left wondering what to do without any help- the hotel staff (that black reception lady) did absolutely nothing. Maybe in the response the manager will say sorry, but sorry is not good enough. That woman you had on the reception that day took pride in not wanting to help, smiled and was rude.

Running out of a drink in the very small bar is understandable. Not having replaced it the next night is less so. Very small bath towels for a supposed 4* hotel.
