Great location

Great location, well equipped, free parking is excellent - and vital for Roscoff - and great vfm. You also get full access to the facilities in the sister hotel 100m away.

It's a little dated on the outside, but fine inside.

Good for one night the catch the ferry

The restaurants are only a short distance away and of a high standard. The room was of an Ok standard and needed modernising. Parking was very good.

We only stayed there one night, so no real bad points, but not too sure if I wanted to stay there any longer.

Perfect for an overnight stop if you have an early ferry to catch

Perfect for my 94 year old father in a wheelchair and my daughter and I. Self catering, clean and well equipped apartment on the ground level with parking right outside our front door. Tv, sofa, good shower and equipment to stay for longer than the one night. Perfect for waking up early to catch the 9am ferry back to Plymouth.

We had to leave at 6am and in the dark. No outside lighting to help pack the car with the bags etc. we also had to drive a short distance to the main hotel to drop off the keys. However it’s a confusing one way system that takes a lot longer in the dark, rain and so early in the morning. It was also difficult to find our accommodation as they have a main hotel and other small buildings around the area. Frustrating when you have been driving all day and tired!

Excellent for a family stay

Our two bed apartment was perfect for a family stay. It was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Excellent value. A short walk to a small, beautiful beach and the town of Roscoff. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It was no problem to leave our bags ahead of check in so we could explore the surrounding area.

Beautiful Roscoff

The use of the lovely pool & spa. The proximity to the beach & town. We had a studio so had privacy. Comfy beds, good shower. Reception staff very helpful.

The restaurant: no member of staff asked about allergies, then put a prawn appetiser in front of us. no one could speak English or assist in translation, one waiter told us to use Google translate to understand the menu. No instructions in the studio on how to use the shutters, heating, where to put rubbish, what to do on check out, which number to use on the phone for reception or assistance. No light outside our first floor studio, difficult to navigate in the dark. Ripped & stained curtains in living room, dirty glasses & crockery.

Lovely stay in a fabulous location.

Great location and access to the spa. It was very comfortable.

One heater in the apartment was permanently on, so it was quite warm and the front door didn’t shut properly so needed double lock. It could do with a fresh coat of paint.

Nice accommodation that had everything that I wanted. Was well equiped. Enjoyed having a ground floor apartment with access to a patio with outdoor furniture and garden. Carpark directly outside the apartment was also a bonus.

Not a good stay

Well to be honest not a lot, roscoff was beautiful the area was very good and hotel was in walking distance of town.

The apartment was a walk from hotel and spa there was also a storm on Saturday and Sunday so walking to hotel and spa was out of the question. On arrival we was told restaurant was full for the evening, apartment was not ready until 4pm there was no heating working, upstairs were very noisy all night and no shower catch for head. So unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. We did understand that a ferry had been cancelled and that the hotel was probably busier than usual. The apartment photos look amazing not sure what apartment they belong too! We also had a e mail that i needed swim trunks and cap the day before we arrived ( should have checked French law) my fault

Kettle leaked badly Entrance door wouldn't shut unless we locked it Some of decor a bit tiref Did not seem like a superior apartment as advertised Terrible lack of sound insulation I could hear every single movement of the people above my room amplified after I went to bed.

A pleasure and the spa is a bonus

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment which was also well equipped. Breakfast was of an excellent choice but only if included in the price as an extra it was £22 pp!!!!! Staff were charming and we were able to check in early

Good value, clean and comfy with an excellent, polite and helpful receptionist/night receptionist.

The staff member at your Reception was very polite and helpful. A total asset to your team. My room was comfortable with everything I needed but it was a little hard to find in the dark, although the hotel itself was easy to locate with satnav.

Comfortable bed and clean linen.

Very basic and tired facilities. I would not recommend this accommodation for anyone. Dog poo in the grassed area. Hob ring not working. Very limited cutlery.

The staff / young gentleman that dealt with us was lovely, and very understanding, we recieved a full refund, and was offered to hold onto the room still, however, we found another hotel and handed in the key.

The room wasn't at the spa, the room was an old apartment which was away from the spar, the room smelled of smoke, the sheets on the bed smelled foisty, the bottom of one of the beds was hanging down under the bed, the floor was coming up and away from the floor, the room was depressing, and decorated years ago. and spar. False advertising. I didn't expect the world, as I paid a good fee for accomodation for an overnight stay before catching the ferry back home, however, the room was advertised under the name of a 4 star hotel

Awful, Grim, Dirty, Shocking

Grim Outdated Dirty Toilet with lots of old stains in the bowl Shower disgusting- years of grim and mould Floors dirty - bathroom tiles never been cleaned, all floors felt dirty and left socks and feet covered in dirt. Other people bikes stored in our outside seating area - felt like we shouldn’t be there with other peoples belongings. Bedrooms dirty - lots of dirt and grime on the floors especially in the corners Awful that this apartment is sold as “superior” shocking. We did complain and we told everyone complains. Not good enough it needs bleach to clean it and a full referb. We have contacted the property about the issues again and heard nothing. It is really really awful. Staff however the ones we dealt with were great.

Easy access and parking. Close to sea and shops. Very quiet location. Reception explained all the facilities available. Comfortable. Self catering. As is usual in many French properties hob but no oven. Think I might take my Airfryer next time. There was also a small laundry room available.

We was unable to stay as it’s not suitable for disabled people and had to stay at main hotel but as we have a dog we can’t use the restaurant. There needs to be a separate space for people with dogs or do like others and leave dog in room barking.

Disappointing stay

The beach opposite the hotel was beautiful

Our apartment was very disappointing and did not live up to expectations ! The description and photos did not match our rooms and thr quality of our apartments was very poor.We felt it was overpriced and very basic accommodation- not hotel or spa standards! Ensure you have a room in the hotel and not the apartments as they are located a 5 min walk from the hotel making it difficult to use facilities.we also had a problem with the electricity in our room and it was resolved unfairly at this time.

ok. not much more to say

the residences were away from the main hotel. there were no curtains (other than nets) at the windows so woke very early. no soap in the shower. having not told reception, I don’t feel I can complain too much (they could have refilled the soap dispenser but couldn’t have got a pair of curtains). we were only there one night so no major problem.
