Excellent property. All the facilities were extremely clean and well maintained. Location was amazing, on the beachfront and close to a lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. The staff were super warm and welcoming.
Although the facilities were great, I felt the price was on the higher side.

- Location: Fantastic. Stunning sea view, direct access to the beach, and right outside the hotel you step into a lively street full of bars, restaurants, and souvenir shops.
- View: Never gets old. I highly recommend booking a sea view — we were upgraded, and it truly made a difference to our stay.
- Rooms: Well soundproofed.
- Staff: Friendly, helpful, attentive, and efficient.
- Kids friendly : pool for kids, kids club, the mini disco was a highlight for the kids every evening, they loved it!
- Housekeeping: Rooms were perfectly cleaned every day, and the housekeeper was very respectful of our needs and requests.
- Pools: Very clean, with daily maintenance every morning.
- Spa: The welcome felt a bit too commercial, but the treatment itself was excellent.
- Jet ski: Wonderful experience with very kind and helpful staff.
- Room: A bit dated in some areas. It’s not a major issue, but it doesn’t really meet 5-star standards. The mattress on the main bed was far too soft, while the sofa bed where my children slept was actually much more comfortable.
- Restaurant: We were on half board. Breakfast was fairly complete and had enough variety to satisfy everyone, but the quality wasn’t excellent. Despite the effort to offer different themed dinners every evening, we didn’t really enjoy the meals. Very limited options for vegetarians and children, apart from the dessert buffet.
Entry level it was the equivalent of a 4 stars hotel.
- Drinks: The prices at the hotel bars are quite high. It’s more worthwhile to go to the nearby street instead.
- Entertainment: Mostly in German.

We didn't like:
-Having to pay for water at dinner for half board
-having the feeling that everything is related to money and spending
-not finding a place to lounge at the pool although it is forbidden to reserve (eveybody does it and management is allowing it)
-Gym is underground, low ceiling, bad ventilation and a smell hazard
-The system in place for timings at dinner and breakfast
-The animation team: teenagers doing the bare minimum as per contract

Big beautiful territory, we liked the concept of a greek village. The garden is very well cared, full of different plants - it is pleasant to walk around.
The sandy beach is spacious, there are many pools (but not warmed up),any entertainment for kids. So even if you book garden view, it will be really beautiful. Really gives the impression that you are not in the hotel, but in a village

The place has sooo much potential, I just hope they will renew everything one day and move forward, beacise the place itself is outstanding. Will love to get back if they get renovated.
The hotel is beautiful only from the outside - on photos rooms look great but in fact they are really old - luxury from the early 90s. When we arrived the bathroom was dirty and we had no shampoo - and the cleaning lady did not refill the shampoo all 4 days we have stayed. One day she even skipped the regular cleaning. Bit on the last day, with official check-out on 11AM she was knocking on our door at 8AM asking when we go away so she can clean the room.
The facilities in the room are poor as well - like, Nescafe instant coffee in a 5 star hotel? Really? There was no hygienic set, no tooth kit (we were on 16-days island hopping and took nothing with us to save place in hand luggage, so we really counted on hotel facilities) and when we asked about it, they looked at us like we are asking for something really special and sent us to a nearest supermarket.
The breakfast is very poor - definetely not 5-star level. The menu was the same every single day except Sunday (then there was salmon and champagne), the rest was the same. Food is not fresh, we could barely eat anything - only tomatoes and cucumbers from the fresh vegetables, gummy waffles and pancakes, nothing was tasty. The food is really cheap.
All in all, absolutely not worth the money. The price is too expensive for such a service. Will not recommend.
