The staff was helpful.The air conditioning was not working. After initial difficulties we were given another room. Marianna made our holiday unforgettable.
The first room was very dirty. The bathroom was little.The toilet touched the sink, you couldn't sit on it properly. The attic space is pointless.

The pools, the breakfast, the location
Two stories rooms with an air conditioner at the bottom floor made it to cold to sleep on the first floor and way too hot to sleep on the second floor. We took a fan and operated it all day and it was still impossible to sleep on the second floor.

Food was really nice. Similar dishes daily, nonetheless, tasty.
It is disappointing to see so many plastic cups being used. Even when asked at the bar to have a drink in a glass , we were told it is only available at dinner! You could , of course, have a drink in a glass served anytime- with additional payment...If you fancied to pay for a drink outside of All Inclusive menu.
Taking about all inclusive- food was really nice , in our opinion. We even had a pleasure of enjoying lovely calamari at couple of occasions!
Drinks included in All Inclusive however, were a real disappointment... ouzo, raki and ?cogniac...beer and wine....no basic spirits like whisky, gin or even vodka. Available spirits were... just like a firewater:-( white wine was the only thing that was pleasant tasting.
Location is good, reception stuff very helpful. It would be really great for the hotel to improve their All inclusive drink package, which would make us consider another visit in future:-)
