Ikaros Beach, Luxury Resort & Spa - Adults Only

Loved the look of the property, felt more premium than anywhere else on the island just by going through the initial gate. The different styles of rooms were great. We didn’t feel over looked we were close to the pool. Fab!

Otherside of the tennis court needed a bit of work.

Beautiful resort. Incredible location, grounds, food and people. Excellent staff on arrival, housekeeping and restaurants. Good amenities outside the resort but we rarely left and it was a fantastic experience. Very comfortable bed. Stunning beach (public, but well managed by resort staff). Seafood night was excellent, entertainment in the evening was great. Sweet and sour pork and walnut cake were buffet favourites. Self service flavoured lemonades at reception is a great idea.

As mentioned the grounds are wonderful. It is not a brand new hotel. Trees and planting are mature and there is thoughtful artwork throughout the resort. These things made it a wonderful atmosphere but the fencing and tiles in the pool area in the suite we stayed in could be cleaned/painted due to age. It weathers as the suites are very close to the sea. Plastic plants aren't needed in the olive restaurant as there's beautiful planting outside. Spa team could be less pushy when trying to sell massage treatments on the beach.

The location offered pristine white sand beaches, turquoise waters, and luxurious views from every terrace.

The food was good And the guest relations clerk was kind

The shower didn’t have any hot water, we had to call 3 times and wait 1.5 hours for someone to come fix it If you take half board you will have no drinks, not even water, for dinner The spa is very expensive and it feels like you are only a cash cow in the resort The twin beds pushed together were also very uncomfortable
