Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, including the GM Daniele who was always there for us. The “all can do” attitude was amazing! We had a dog with us and he became a true mascot for the staff and the other guests as well.
The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious salty and sweet options. We opted HB and it included the dishes of the day plus other options on the fixed menu, which all were really good. The wine list included over 150 carefully picked wines (by Daniele) mainly from Italy and France.
The rooms were large enough and nicely decorated. The Spa section was very elegant with the full sized pool, the Turkish hammam and the Finnish sauna. The gym was equipped with an adequate set of Tecnogym free weights (professional bar + plates more than 100kg) and a stepper and bike equipment.
The shuttle service worked like a clock for us when we went to ski and then back to the resort.

The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. I was especially impressed by the breakfast restaurant staff, who were always cheerful and welcoming with bright smiles. Every employee seemed happy to work and took great care of the guests. The room was spacious and very clean, making the stay truly comfortable and relaxing. It was a wonderful experience, and this will definitely be the first place I choose to stay if I return to Cortina again.

absolutely great service in every area, staff was very friendly and helpful
very nice pool, SPA area is mimimalistic but beautifully designed with a fcous on natural materials like stone and wood
our room was also nice, we liked the open but calm interior design and the attention to details
complimentary transport shuttle to the ski slopes and busy town centre is a big plus and keeps the stress level low
not everything in the breakfast selection is of the highest quality and the breakfast room does not have the beautiful views that the restaurant area has

Breakfast was average but one particular male staff member went above and beyond and provided exceptional service so he made the experience for us. Similar to their private restaurant, the staff were exceptional.
The place doesn’t feel like a 5 star, we thought it was more of a 3 star. The facilities are nice and it has nice rooms however, you can tell the building has been renovated in parts at different times. I also reported an extremely old gentleman who was watching graphic porn by the pool and although the spa manager was kind and apologetic, they did nothing about it and let him remain there, leaving myself uncomfortable and I had to leave the pool. Overall an odd an underwhelming time at Faloria and I wouldn’t personally recommend staying there. Expected more for the money we spent.
