Staff were lovely and accomodating. Brekky was good! Shuttle to lifts handy.
Family room is too squashy for 5 with teens. Pool and sauna areas quite dated.

Hotel check in is warm and welcoming, incuding a free glass of prosecco. The afternoon happy hour, which includes a plate of snacks and another free glass of prosecco is a nice touch, and enjoyable on the pleasant lawn/ patio area. The breakfast buffet is also nice.
The hotel itself and the rooms are VERY outdated and feel dark with the old wood paneling. Even the lamps look like they are orginal from the 1960s. We chose this hotel since it offered family rooms that slept 4, and because we booked late and there were limited offerings. The bathroom inside the room was awkward (smallest shower in my lifetime! And a missing light switch/ electrical haxard in the separate toilet/ sink room). The location is well outside of the city center, and a $20Eu taxi ride is necessary to get into town. We had a rental car but parking in town was not readily available. I would not choose to stay here again.
