We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it a great place to relax. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and offers plenty of amenities. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the dinner was outstanding with excellent quality.
The only area that could be improved is the condition of some facilities, as they are starting to show their age. In particular, the bathrooms would benefit from some renovation, and a few small details, such as replacing the door handles, would make the hotel even better. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Loved the property. The staff was also so sweet and helpful. Unfortunately the indoor pool heating wasn’t working the day we were there, but that was going to be fixed, so no issue there. Overall a very good experience. Great welcome to Dolomites and Italy. Highly recommend the hotel

The hotel is old style in a good sense. The location and view are great. The pool is internal only. There is a sort of happy hour at 19:00. Free on site parking. Our room was nice, although we had to climb two floors without elevator. The bathroom could be renovated. Overall we liked the hotel

We stayed for 4 nights in mid-Sept. The facilities are very “70’s”, worn carpet in the hallways, pink bathroom
Tile, a sheet over a worn out couch in the room, styrofoam cups for tea, etc. Breakfast buffet had runny watery eggs, lots of bread with some in plastic wraps, unripe fruit or canned fruit, good coffee though. The facilities were all very clean, despite being old, and staff were mostly nice. But it’s just not a 4-star. It’s an OK place to stay in a GORGEOUS region so do go!
