The staff was exceptional with a specific shout-out to the front desk clerk and the kind girl at breakfast who could not do enough for us! Everyone was at the top of their game and 5-Star trained to be sure!
The fact that I fell while skiing and hurt my leg. However, the moment I returned, the front desk gentleman immediately brought ice,opened the door and rang the elevator for me. He also asked if I needed a hospital. It made a horrible situation so much better!
