L’hotel è nuovo e ben decorato in una posizione centralissima. Le stanza ed il bagno sono comodi.
Il menù della prima colazione offre una grande selezione di piatti. Il bar e la zona comune per gli ospiti sono molto accoglienti.
La stanza aveva poche prese elettriche che ci ha costretti ad avere il bollitore in bagno.
La spa era un po’ deludente con la sauna non abbastanza calda. Inoltre la palestra non era accessibile per tutti i giorni che siamo stati ospiti il che è piuttosto insoddisfacente data la rata di soggiorno applicata.

This is the one of the top hotel we lived in so far!
The hotel location is perfect, with everything new renovated. However, what I would like to speak out is the hotel service. It is the best we experienced so far. It's really impressive, every employees in the hotel are well trained and professional - warm, kind and taking care of your needs into details, it make you feel like home or even better.
It's probably not fair to mention their names (Federico, Gennaro and etc), simply because i can't remember so many...but, really, everyone of them are so outstanding in services!
A great experience. We will choose Ancora again for our next time.

The hotel enjoys an outstanding location, perfectly situated and incredibly convenient. From the moment we arrived, the staff were gracious, professional, and genuinely warm.
Special thanks to Signor Andrea, whose impeccable hospitality, attentiveness, and refined manner truly elevated our stay. His presence reflects the high standards of the hotel.
The room was beautifully cozy and thoughtfully appointed, while the bathroom was impressively spacious and elegant.
Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we very much look forward to returning.
there was an unpleasant sewage odor in the hotel entrance, which affected the first impression.
The spa is located in a separate building and is relatively small. For a ski destination, it feels somewhat underwhelming, as guests often expect more inviting spa facilities after a day on the slopes.
